@jandaniel9133 thank you =). I have a list of my must have supplies on my Patreon. But the basics for animals are usually a few different brown shades, some greys, a pink, a purple and some ochre. That will cover the bulk of neutral colour fur. But with all the different fur colours there's no one set selection.
i don't know how you manage to get all the hair from your reference photo in exactly the same place . I've recently finished a commission for two short haired dogs and putting in all the tiny hairs was a mare.
@treetop1957able this is something I cover in my real time tutorials. I use a set layering process that makes it much easier to work out what to draw first. Mapping in the lights and darks early on really helps.
WOWEE! Amazing as always!!
Wonderful and very helpful, love watching your vids ❤

@@marthadickinson649 thank you 😊
Love your work. Do you have a list of pastel colours that are good basics for animal portraits please?

Your drawings are really good… could you do one in real time as time lapse is just so frustrating to follow 😢
@user-tv9qw5bf7y the real time tutorials are on my Patreon. No parts are sped up at all there.
