@denilsongande5510 well low bar has the bar... lower on the back. High bar has the bar... higher. You generally lift less with high bar but you can stay way more upright and hit ass to grass depth with it. Low bar is the choice of most competitive powerlifters. I've switched to high bar as I find them way more comfortable than low bar and haven't noticed a strength reduction with the switch anyway so guess I'm just more suited to high bar.
Im curious, why does she release her grip on the bar when going down? I was under the impression that holding it tight and pulling down would activate lats, improving form?

From my amateur view, only issue is her knees were coming in when she went back up, and it did so more the heavier she lifted. Hope she gets that resolved, otherwise, fantastically done.... From an amateur.. for whatever that's worth.
I wonder why she’s ungripping the bar when she squats. Never seen anyone do that before… What an amazing form though, perfect technique, great mobility, amazing strength! And what a beauty!!
Might be to deal with nerve pain in her arms but it could be something that was coached into her. If you have the bar balanced you really dont need to hold it much. Also her technique is not perfect and for some reason no one is correcting it.
