@become_elite my whole season of refereeing has been cut short as well. But I’m taking your advice about fitness, especially your tidbit that it’s easier to stay fit than to get fit. Since this mess started my days have switched between easy recovery runs and interval days. There’s no excuse since l literally have a grass field and a network of running trails straight across the road from my house! Love your channels and your journey of being a pro footballer. Keep up the great work.

The whole Situation just sucks! I had an acl tear + a realy bad meniscal tear last april and as i'm not a professional i've been back in full team training now for three weeks. I'm sure i would have made my debut in the next two weeks but now our season is paused and i have to wait at least a nother month if not more. This Situation sucks hopefully it gets better so we can all play safely football again!

Have you ever tried incorporating a chair into your dribbling training as a nutmeg tool. I used it for ice hockey as a dangling tool. Dangling and nutmegging are same thing

I am doing a workout twice a week for the upper body without weights. 150 push ups and 40 pull ups. Push ups around 12/13 sets of 10/15 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set. Pull ups: 9 sets of 5/4 reps, 2 minutes rest. My aim i sto get stromnger and bigger especially my arms and back. Is this kinf of training good? I mean, should I keep doing high volume of reps and rest a lot between sets or should I do less volume (less reps every training) but with rest pf 1 min? what do you think is the best way to egt stronger and bigger? Thanks!
NPSL cancelled. Would expect more leagues to cancel soon. İt's a tough pill to swallow, was probably going to play UPSL before my senior year of college. At this point I'm just hoping we'll be back for August.
