I actually tried going out to a parking lot like you but then security RUINED my whole session not only did he ruin my session he Ruin my whole VLOG that I had planned for my SUBSCRIBERS. Glad yours worked out😂😁

Well in games I'm sure you have to shoulder check a lot to see who's where....so I'm thinking when you're practicing of the rebound you get your head up and look to both sides and then receive....so that it becomes a habit...I've tried it and it has instantly improved my game.Great video btw love the dedication.

Recently my gym removed their adductor machine and I struggled to find an exercise that I felt strengthened it. This is a great one and even more useful now where I can still do this exercise at home as part of a whole body workout.
Be carefull with putting your phone on the floor becouse when i did it , i stepped on him and broke the screen when doing 1by1 box training that you have on channel... 😂😂but whatever it happend becouse i messed up and continued outside the box😂😂
How to choose drills because you jack blake michael give us a lot drills how to mix and train idk so confused pls answer i can go to the team training because they are in city i am in village but i train inviduall as hard as i can you tell me any tips or how to focus more on invidually i know its not like team training
I personally choose drills that help the weak side of my game, for example, If I feel I need help on recieving the ball at pace, I would incorporate drills that require 1 touch drills with a wall (if its an indiviadual training.) I know I'm not Matt, but hope this helped. :)

With the log passes a good tip is to check your shoulder before moving away so you know if a defender is ne’er you or where your team mates are
