After you are out of theoritical jail for theoritical judicial misconduct of course, lol.
About King Magnifico. As King of Rosa he IS the law so that makes his crimes hard to pin down.
Trespassing: He owns all the houses.
False imprisonment: He has the final say in such matters.
i dont know.
Dont the people have to pay for thier houses therefore they own them.
Also you can only imprison within reason.
@@Dragon-xu1tl There's a line in his song that says "I let yo live for free and don't even charge you rent". So I don't think they own them. Also for the last part he is the king so he could theoretically say he arrested him for looking at him funny or something.
On the other hand, that illegal magic must be banned at international level, so there's one on illegal use of weaponery and substances. So he would have to face a Wizard Coucil if there is one, or whatever organization they have that he must be part of.
And the part of threatening his wife that wasn't even looked into, and I'm sure her family could charge him for that. Since the in laws usually come to the aid in these cases.
He also betrayed the vows he took on the protection of those wishes, by destroying them, and I think that made the Queen's action to take action very much legal even by his own law.
@@RaidFiftyOne Or plant incriminating evidence so he could frame for a crime you didn't commit and no one would believe you.
You defending the villain there, scumbag?
Weird how Magnifico, a character who only became a villain when the plot demanded it, somehow managed to get a death sentence
He was literally advertised to be the main villain lol. It ain't like he was a twist villain like hans
@@tobsonasanya4765 I just feel like he was really poorly written as a villain, that's all
@@octosquid48 yeah, just like how Asha was a poorly written protagonist
@@not-so-obvious_autism777 Or y'know.. a hero made villain against a soon-to-be-protagonist cliche
@@Elder-lz4ws yeah 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I love how we all watched this hoping Magnifico would have a light sentence. The plot either needed to let him be a real badass villain, or not a villain at all. Ultimately, it just felt like HE was a victim of a bad script, lmao.
4:05 - 4:30
- Hiro nearly getting sucked into the portal can be considered as child endangerment
- Trapping GoGo in a sphere of microbots can be considered false imprisonment
- Trying to remove Fred's limbs can be considered as mutilation and also as a murder attempt
- Trying to crush Wasabi with two concrete slabs can also be considered as a murder attempt
- Trying to impale Honey Lemon is also just straight up a murder attempt
So does that also turn all the attempted murder charges into attempted *child* murder
@@not-so-obvious_autism777 Not all of them, Hiro is the only one we know is under the age of 18.
Pretty much all of him going after hiro is attempted murder of a minor and child endangerment
@@rlyman3516 I guess that's fair
All the charges for second degree attempted murder should be resentenced with attempted first degree murder since most of the attempted murders were premeditated
What villain
@@adamburgess311 any
No they weren’t. They sought him out and because they were there he tried to kill them. No premeditation.
What does premidated mean?
@@A_Frog_On_The_Ceilingplanned ahead in great detail.
Tadashi’s death can be considered manslaughter
Obviously
Third Degree, because he did not expect Tadashi to come in and attempt to save him.
@@gabrielliu152 third degree murder is considered involuntary manslaughter
Noooooooooo
And destruction of property
Sisu might not be a human, but she's definitely a person. That's not an animal cruelty charge, that's a murder charge. Arguably attempted murder, since Sisu got better, but still.
I'd argue manslaughter since the shot was in self-defense against Raya, but the latter's attack knocked her hand in Sisu's directionn which was what led to her death
Not murder, but involuntary manslaughter, arguably.
9:05 that little maneuver will cost us 3000 years
Also, the black hole portal thing, in Big Hero 6, isn't just reckless endangerment...it exploded twice, causing a whole hell of a lot of property damage.
Magnifico is serving his sentence in that staff.
For magnifico he owns the houses and he didn’t steal the wishes the people gave them to him. He didn’t hurt people directly he hurt the wishes. He also should be aloud to use the book because it’s like a gun and he past the age to do so. And the people he hurt directly broke the law of the kingdom so lethal force is ok. Same as start he is and object of crime so he can imprison him. And the people he chained were technically involved with the matter and could be a threat seen that one person can wish on a start so he was taking security measures. So to me magnifico is all good but that’s just my opinion.
Pretty much what everyone is thinking. Asca is the villain here dressed as the good guy through mental gymnastics.
For King Magnifico, you forgot the part where he also framed Asha for crushing their wishes (aka assault).
MFW Magnifico gets 8000+ years and a Mass Enslavement charge resulting in a death sentence: 💀
Why does he even have a death sentence. He didn't kill anyone
@@tobsonasanya4765 But he told the people living very spoiled lives "no" and hurt their _feelings_ which is obviously a far worse crime lol
@@Cardinal_clawlmfaoooo so true
@@Cardinal_claw
Rosa in a nutshell who will now have to deal with greed and evil.
The King cannot be charged its his kingdom his rules, everyone consented to live in his kingdom and follow his rules and he as the leader decided that some wishes were dangerous to the kingdom so justified action for a leader
Once he mind controlled it's not voluntary action he is innocent
We don't know the laws of Rosas though. Also, he is the king, he decides what is right and wrong in his kingdom, effectively giving him the power to do whatever, since there is no one above him and also he is the creator of the kingdom.
For Part 3 I want Dr. Facilier (The Princess and the Frog), King Candy/Turbo (Wreck-It Ralph) and Prince Hans (Frozen).
Please add them to your list and take notes!
And also ralph virus
Magnifico would also get a misconduct charge for negligently crushing people’s wishing after he used forbidden magic
When is Asha being charged for her crimes? i wanna see that video 😂
Funny thing is, Callaghan is actually in prison and is probably charged with life in the Big Hero six tv series. Yes, I enjoyed watching the show.
I would love to see you do this for Judge Frollo also.
Coming soon!
techniqually its more like a trade or agrement so it shoudnt be a crine, for king magnifiquo
Yokai was sentenced for his crimes.
ע૦қค
Yokai/kalihan really is a dangerous guy.
Right, we did see him in prison in the animated show, for which I assume he was charged with the crimes seen in this video.
Yes 😀 And we saw him get arrested in the movie
@@elighwalsh1643Well, When Abigail is Gone, So is His Sanity, Obviously He's Suffering from ASD or (Acute Stress Disorder) Having Lost Abigail By Krei Made Him Uncontrollable, So Yea, You Can Argue That He's Mentally Unstable
Are you serious? King Magnifico gets 1000 year life sentence for not granting wishes that people willingly gave to him in HIS kingdom????
If he were to do it while respecting the authority and laws of said country he would not be able to convict him.
@@Raximus3000 It is his own laws, people willingly give their wishes to him and he has the right to grant them or not.
@@azurite_ore9647
Exactly!
Magnifico is not considered a king in this video, ergo the highest authority, who in this case is not really restraint by a constitution or does anything tyranical before using a mind altering book.
@@Raximus3000 are you restarted?????? he IS THE LAWS OF HIS COUNTRY
@@frostbite3756
But the maker of this video did not take it into account.
Please do Disney channel villains next and if you do them be sure to include Belos and the Core, However Doofensmurtz deserves his own video because he does more
"Black hole portal thingy". 🤣🤣🤣
7:10 It's his own jurisdiction, no laws saying he can't use forbidden magic. Magnifico is a good guy
King Magnifico: I DECIDE WHAT everyone deserves 6:11
2:35
Cars ain't cheap and he hydro-locked one, and yeeted another. Property damage happened a lot and you don't always charge them.
5:14 Due to His Crimes Committed,The Reason He's Done This was Of 2: He Wants His Daughter Back,No Matter The Outcome,And He's Suffering From Acute Stress Disorder
Yokai lost his daughter, which caused him to lose his sanity
A good amount of Naamari's crimes here are actions against a person who she was after for stealing from her kingdom, also, she is following orders with that. On the other hand, what she did as a child, even if it was orders, were crimes at international degree, especially given the consecuences, and let's not forget she came freaking armed to a peaceful reunion to disscuss conditions for cooperation between people who could count as representants of their countries, which I assume it's a big form of treason, and then the killing the dragon, which was a heavily endangered species, which have grave consecuences.
So how that would be? It includes some war crimes, which I think are death sentence. Add the international crimes and I think she's pretty screwed.
Namaali turns good!
You should add removal from the throne to Magnifico’s sentences
Or maybe "Dethroned"
@@MrPuzzlesTheTvGuy I know but the definition of it is fun to say
@@z-ro1641 ok
He would most likely get exiled as well
Magnifico did Mass Enslavement & probably likely planned to do the same to the entire world via coercion. That's War Crimes & would get the Death Penalty.
KING MAGNÍFICO IS GONNA BE DEAD BY THE TIME HE GETS OUT 😭
If you want to be super technical about King Magnifico, any charge past him using the book would be void. As shown with Simon, the magic can brain wash people and such, has a plausible argument that the user can also fall under the magic’s influence. He also wasn’t a bad king shown at the beginning, not until he got ahold of the plot convenient “bad magic” and then performed all these crimes.
Two things, Callahan should not have been charged for copyright because he made the micro bots. Second, he didn’t kill Krei. Krei was in the two shows for big hero 6.
It was attempted murder on Krei, and it is copyright infringement because hero created the micro bots and didnt give permission for production 😄
@@AnimatedCourtroom Well, the microbots were based of an invention by Callahan so what would that be?
The microbots were created by hero but used by Callahan
Magnifico also Hurting His Wife Amaya Becuase She is The Queen: Attempted Regicide
Magnifico's actually Disney's magic mirror in snow White
So I’m pretty sure he didn’t actually set the fire. He just happened to be there and then use the bots to save himself. And then decided to use the robots to take his revenge.
5:22 before the start, Goalius and Cursa are pretty annoyed at him (in my school vr game, his removal of the stars got Cursa attention while pissing off every ultra beast in existence, then the deployment of Spector prime which almost killed Goalius Fallen Seraphim Angel friend named Emily and the near death of Aure via Arson angered him more) in other words he gets Grand Larceny for the stars, Mass endangerment for the Ultra pissed off beasts, attempted first degree murder of Emily (Originally Attempted Regicide due to the Seraphim status but shes a fallen Angel so its depressened) and finally Attempted Mass murder (if you played armoured core 6 fires of Rubicon or research Coral from the game, you know)
did you have a stroke?????
6:22 False promises? I don't recall there being a guarantee on the wish being granted. The villagers gave their wishes willingly, knowing it may never be granted.
Yokai? I don’t remember that being in the movie, I just refer to him as Professor Callaghan. Also, no battery charges? Nothing for the first chase sequence with just Hiro and Baymax? Okay.
They're one in the same
You forgot to add the reckless endangerment charge on Namarri.
8:21 I could also be charged as blackmail or manipulation😊😊
1:47 I think that's a bit more then a dent
The Poison ☠️ Apple 🍎( from Snow White and The 7 Dwarfs ) can be seen here 7:47.
Isn't Sisu smarter than most animals (and also capable of transforming into a human)?
I would have gone with murder, or at the very least manslaughter.
Since Hiro is a minor, 14, shouldn't Calahan have some child endangerment charges?
I do not think Hiro had a patent on the microbot or related technologies and it would at most be theft not copyright infringement.
Yokai is going to double jail 😂😂😂
with namaari you forgot a charge for hunting an endangered species when she shot the dragon
The whole “This Shouldn’t Take Long” could probably bump an assault to attempted murder. Just saying.
11:05
Eh no she wanted to capture her lol
@@tobsonasanya4765
I’ve never watched it, so I just guessed lol.
I rarely watch movies.
@@tobsonasanya4765 then attempted kidnapping?
Isn't faking your death a major crime? Or at least some sort of Fraud?
pseudocide.
There's actually 1923 wishes, so it would be 1923 cases of theft for magnifico
Those assaults for the last character don’t count since they both engaged in the dightt
I feel like for king magnifico he should of been charged with witchcraft
malficarum use of black magick also it depends witch country and witch rule set it is stop using only american law enforcment if its a difrent country
Plz do Ripslinger and Cad Spinner next bro. Both were pretty reckless even though there’s not gonna be much charges
AWESOME ! 😃
King Magnifico - having very bad lyrics in his villain song. Punishment: the judgment of the internet!
Do part 3
11:32
Assult!?
She started it!?
I love big hero 6 so much and I just wanted to know what Yokai charges for prison but now I know!
5:15
Thank you so much!!!
Can you do if ugly dolls villains change for their crimes.
First Lou and then the spy girls. Pls
Man they are getting a death sentence
8:11 It was his wish, that Magnifico granted, so it's not brainwashing
What about grandma alma from encantó and jeager clade from stranger world
I like how the two worst disney villans are on the same list
"Really wants to get rid of these kids" That's just brutal that might be child abuse honestly💀
I wouldn’t say that it was on purpose, looking I’m sure killing tadashi was an accident but he wanted to save his daughter
Such Megalomania. For the record, I saw Wish in theaters to support Disney's 100th Anniversary & wrote Disney a friendly heartfelt message on it. They wrote back feeling so honored that they were going to forward it to the most relevant Disney team. I despised King Magnifico, he was a real menace to his own kingdom.
1:31 Copyright is misspelled as “Copryright”
Isnt it attempted murder when you throw a car, trying to hit another car that is filled with people?
6:42 the most funny part
Would hurting bay max count as assault or property damage.
Namaari tricked Raya and it caused the post apocalyptic world in the movie so she should get charged for that.
technically magnifico is the king, so he cant be charged
You forgot the car he threw at them
12:17 Nammari didn’t shot them Raya hit her with the sword which ended up firing the crossbow causing it to hit sisu. Not her fault but Rayas fault entirely
Do you think these guys would join lord vortech in LEGO Dimensions
The classic “oh no” from baymax is hilarious
I've watched Wish and i can say that King Magnifico ain't the villain of the movie
I'd like to argue against Namaari getting her animal cruelty and reckless endangerment double charge. Her firing her shot was in self-defense against Raya's attack, which was what knocked her hand leading to Sisu's death.
Concerning Namari's last charge, (aggravated assault with a deadly weapon), it could be argued that Raya entered Namari's residence illegally with intent to injure or kill, giving Namari a pass via castle law, if such law exists.
"for the portal black hole thingy" COMEDY GOLD
King magnifico was kind of right because he can bring them all of their desires or wishes because I think it would cause too much chaos and in the poster it says careful what you wish for but if the main character didn't told him to give everyone's wishes, he wouldn't have broken any rules he wouldn't be sentenced to prison
I Think he missed a few mass property destruction
Why is numaarii the most magical one the only one with a possible sentence
Can you do nickelodeon movie villains charged for their crimes, please?
Weird how I get to make this joke three videos in a row but….
The only crimes here are forcing Animated Courtroom to watch Raya and Wish
I liked raya actually😅😅
The girl protagonist of wish (can’t be bothered to remember her name) should also be getting charged for her crimes. She made a good king turn evil and ruined his life all because she couldn’t mind her own business or take no for an answer, and made _everything_ about her. Not saying I agree with or even _like_ Magnifico, but the “protagonist” wasn’t much better.
Also, I don’t think King Magnifico having all the wishes counts as theft, since they were willingly given to him, but with all the false promises and everything, it could count as a scam. And also, could destroying a wish also count as destruction of property?
6:22 If wishes are a part of someone’s heart, and he steals one, does that count as illegal organ harvesting?
8:59 Also, that’s his *_wife_* he just attacked. Does that also count as domestic violence?
I know you don’t probably care, but her name is Asha
@@I_have_Claws I got reminded by reading the other comments after I commented this but thanks anyway
Well Mamaari's not technically a villain she was just mad at Raya because she thought she'd betrayed her.
I dunno but I fin it kinda funny how along with all these serious crimes, he also has to pay $2 in fines for tresspassing
guess which villain i’m talking about “she was a setback to you!” ( in the replies)
anything?😊
Dont blame yokai for terrorism he wanted to find his daughter
It might not be trespassing for king magnifico. In The Times of kings and queens A lot of times the land was owned by the Lord by the king or whoever and the peasants were just allowed to live there. If you go by modern law yeah there would be some things of like it is trust passing because a landlord cannot enter the domicile without prior warning but this is Mariel times and therefore that goes out the window because in futile times they can enter whatever they fuck they please.
Kalahan had a reason to attack Cray/Crai since he sent his daughter to an unkown place for years (i think)
Yokai also tresspassed on an old base that was jointly run by the DOD and Crays company also since steeling government stuff is punishable by Death that charge should also be added
