- Today we have everyone's favourite Dreamworks Villains in the Courtroom. We got Dr. Zara ( Abominable ), Nerissa / Chelsea van der Zee ( Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken ) and Hendricks (Spitit Untamed). What crimes have they comitted? Will they get away with them? Stay tuned and find out!

You should've charged Nerissa for child endangerment in adjacent to the first Attempted murder charge as well, being that she is an ancient creature nocking off a teenager; which is sort of like a 40 year old trying to nock off a 5 year old.

Nerissa off to a great start with a death sentence for war crimes. And it's not even her only death sentence.
Hendricks would also need an assault of a minor charge for kicking the girl during the animal cruelty charge with the whip.

I don’t know about you, but Nerissa taking the ‘Trident of Oceanus’ could be Grand Larceny since there’s only one, it’s an ancient super weapon, stated to be the only thing that can take out a Kraken, and has shown to possess magical capabilities unique to only it.
I don’t think Zara would even be in jail she is probably dead from falling of a cliff.
When Nerissa punched a house with her fist in her giant form, doesn't that count as damage of property? Not to mention that she lied about saving Connor when it was actually Ruby who saved him is fraud.

actually in the usa there is a law that lables if bigfoot exists he would be an endangered species and illegal to kill. if the yeti had the same laws as bigfoot the same would be applied

for Hendricks, you missed one. He attempted to steal a horse, which in the supposed time frame for the movie was a capital offense and got you hung.

The odds are high that hendricks was a horse thief. which at the time was punishable often by death. As horses held formidable value. though this also depends on the class and wealth of hendricks, as individuals with connection or money would probably instead receive a hefty fine.
The truth is though, you didnt usually survive as a horse thief in the old west. You usually just died, or went into hiding.
I never understood why "Spirit" adult characters never learn that Spirit himself can never be broken and why Spirit's old Injun buddy from the original Cell animation film is the only exception? Oh and you should also charge Hendricks for child abuse since he did push one of them in the face with his boot.
6:22 in my school vr game Goalius holds a grudge against her for a nasty scar on his chest in round 1 and nearly killing him in round 2 (so thats 2 Attempted Regicide charges as Goalius is of royalty, Animal endangerment as he is a rare Ultra beast and Arson for pinning Goalius on a underwater Volcano)

How I would do it is count the aligned continuity’s crimes and add on to the next series that comes next in the aligned continuity so not just charging bayverse Shockwave things that Prime Shockwave did or charge what Bayverse Laserbeak did with any other Laserbeak
I’m definitely not very knowledgeable on law enforcement, but I think something should be done about Hendricks kicking a little girl in her face

I think those last couple of charges for Hendricks should probably be looked at again, considering she was trespassing on his ship. in some states the use of force is authorized against trespassers, and can count as self defense in some cases.
