They would then have to graft on new skin and probably a hair transplant if harry decided he wanted his hair back (even though he never had any to begin with). But yes Harry and Marv would have suffered severe brain damage and just by that alone are completely in their right to sue the McCalastar family for numerous and incredibly severe injuries that would most definitely and permanently impede their ability to live a normal life. They would most likely have to register for assisted living and always be monitored by a nurse. Kevin would most definitely be charged and even if he is a minor perhaps receive some form of jail time (not actual juvenile jail since he’s so young but probably house arrest since Harry and Marva’s injures are more than proof that Kevin is a danger to society). He would also probably be forcibly committed to therapy. The parents would also be investigated for child neglect and abuse since the only way Kevin could have learned to do these things is from his parents. Last but not least, the old man from the first movie should have received recognition and a possible reward for rescuing Kevin and being a good neighbor for shoveling the sidewalks every Christmas.

I thought he was obligated to set up the traps because he's defending his house. In the second film, he would absolutely be charged for it because the house doesn't belong to him and the Wet Bandits weren't even planning on going to that house. Kevin lured them to the house where they were essentially tortured. No seriously, that's it, Kevin has nothing better to do while lost in New York so he decides to go on a hunt for blood.

Something you missed is that Marc stole many clothing pieces from strangers, along with attempting to steal a woman’s purse. All in Home Alone 2. Also in Home Alone one, Marv would be charged for assault with attacking Harry in stomach with a crowbar. Same applies for Harry we’re he retaliates against him. Kevin could also be charged with sexual assault for touching an adult woman’s butt. However, this could be justified because he did do this to escape Marv and Harry.
Doesn't count. It isn't canon. Completely different actor for Kevin and also the time doesn't match up. In Home Alone 1, Kevin is stated to be 8 but by Home Alone 2, he's 10. It's somehow stated that the second film takes place a year after the first, so, explain that to me. But in Home Alone 4, he's supposed to be 9. If that was true, it would have to take place between the original 2 films which I don't believe for a second, because of how many times the first film is referenced and they say it was "last year". Harry - "Marv, remember what happened last year, with the paint cans?" Buzz - "So if Kevin didn't screw up again." Kate - "He was left Home Alone last year." Home Alone 4 is not canon.

the electrocution scene used to make me laugh so much as a kid now as an adult i just feel bad for marv
Mousait posts rarely, but when he does, he never dissapoints
You could rule Kevin’s traps down to two torture charges, three or four arson charges, discharge of a firearm without a license, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Him dropping pearls for Harry and Marv to slip on could also count as reckless endangerment of the public, as who knows how many New Yorkers encountered the pearls after the robbers slipped on them.
Anyone who’s ever seen any of the Home Alone movies knew this video was gonna come eventually
I love how Kevin has to owe 5,000,000$, but he still has those two warnings.
3:38 ACTUALLY jaywalking is legal in New York City, EXCEPT when done diagonally
3:34 you missed the timestamp right here
Only diagonally?
Waht dou g in a zig zag fashion
2:24 Marv became Trevor Philips for a second there
Maybe try the villains from Dreamworks listed I made just for you.
- If Dreamworks Villains were charged for their Crimes
1. Glady’s Star from Over The Hedge
2. The Bad Guys from The Bad Guys
3. Goldilocks from Puss in Boots The Last Wish
4. Jack and Jill from Puss in boots
5. Prince Charming from Shrek 2 and Shrek the Third
6. Don Leo from Shark Tale
Anyone know what the song is at 1:20?
It's his own song he made and you can find it on his second channel. The name of the channel is called moresait.

7:42 he couldn't call 911 because the phones didnt work, same reason why his parents couldn't call directly to they're home.
I had the same lesson on elementary school from a video of Dracula,Frankenstein trying to teach a kid a lesson never open for strangers
8:34 you forgot credit card fraud
That’s true
967$
No, he didn’t do that, he didn’t and never meant to commit credit card fraud.
@@christopherlmoo Besides,He Didn't Even Realize That The Card Was His Father's Too
Wouldn’t Credit Card Fraud be Identity Theft?
1:18 oh great you’re at it again… 💀 the memories
3:47 Wouldn’t there also be a charge for him ripping up his plane ticket?
Or was that a brochure I’m not sure?
It was a plane ticket. Not sure if it'd be a crime or not.
@@Casperthegator Thanks for clarifying that, ya they’d probably be given a fine or something idk
Harry and Marv: NOOOO! Life in jail!
Kevin: Crap, where’s my wallet?
Since Die Hard is considered a Christmas movie you should do a video on what crimes would Hans Gruber be charged with.
Well if Die Hard can be considered a Christmas movie, I'm pretty sure Hot Fuzz can too, due to one scene.
@@enderjed2523 But the movie doesn’t take place on Christmas
I calculated it 3 months ago. Here you go:
1. 8x trespassing (both him and his men)-8 years
2. 4x 1st degree murder-4 life
3. Soliciting to: cybercrimes, body disposal, mass murder, reckless gun use and property destruction (30 years, death and 100k fine)
4. Hostage taking x30 (30 life)
5. 31x coercion (155 years)
6. 3x mutilation (150k settlement)
7. Terrorism (death)
8. Grand larceny (20 years)
9. 4x 2nd degree murder, use of explosives and property destruction (5 life and 2 million fine)
10. 2x attempted 1st degree murder (2 life)
Sentence: 2 death penalties, 41 life sentences, 213 years and 2 250 000 fine
I love how in the thumbnail Harry is 5’ 3” and Kevin is abt 5’ 9”
You should do an "If James Bond villains were charged for their crimes" series
I’ve recently discovered your channel, this stuff is really interest I also hope you have a great new year!
4:20 oh shit, Marv’s Jewish. Neat.
No scrap
Never noticed he said cool
A few other TH-camrs decided to do this. I'm just glad we finally got one from the man himself.
You know how you made an entire series where you charged villains in Despicable Me 1-3, as well as the Minions movie? Well, a movie called The Rise Of Gru came out a while ago, so you can make a video about if The Vicious 5, Wild Knuckles and young Gru were charged for their crimes.
Marv: *steals from a santa claus and floods sinks*
Meanwhile, Harry: "Professionals have standards"
blud is not 6ft 3, 5:30
More like 4,3
You know it's a good day when Mousait uploads
Request: If Star Wars villains were charged for their crimes part 2
Always wanted this video! Happy holidays to everyone!
7:22 bro would not have been charged like that in Florida, as his life was directly threatened. Due to stand your ground law, he could have actually killed the bad guys (assuming this happened at his home, not Rob’s), and as long as he had proof that he was threatened by people who illegally entered his property, he would not have been charged.
Yeah but this is in Illinois/New York
Suggestion: There’s a TH-camr named Darryl Mayes and he has a character named Pops, who has committed a lot of crimes, I think he’d be good for a video
The fact that they have prior convictions for the same crimes, would likely result in the judge giving a harsher sentence.
This is longest voiceover for a crime so far.7:21
Thank you
Wow, You're Charging These Guys Too? Sounds Awesome. XD
But You Forgot To Charge Kevin For Theft, Because He Stole Some Cookies From One of The Hotel Drawers.
Thanks for this video as usual Mousait, i'm really speechless at the charges for Harry, Marv and Kevin. Btw i'm so happy that the Copyrighted song finally made a comeback appearance.
You know it's a good day when tv show and movie villians are charged for crimes.
Also can you pls charge High Evolutionary. [Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 3]
2:54 Why not first? He was making plans already.
My defense for Kevin not calling the cops is that one of the villains was cops he might of thought they were corrupt
What a lovely Christmas present, quality content as always 👌
Technically, Kevin shouldn't be sued for 5 million. They were tresspasing, and he was using self-defense.
Unfortunately setting up booby traps is against the law so he's not safe
@Gdayhomie Then he should have been charged with criminal recklessness. The maximum penalty is 180 days in jail, or for him juvy, and a $1,000 fine.
Self defense is only applicable if there was no other option he knew of. He 100% could and should have called the police, just would’ve made for a less fun movie.
To be fair setting he is setting up traps inside his house in the first house and he was trying to protect it
2:37 ATTEMPTED TORTURE
Mousesait videos are like a holiday they dont come often but when they do its a good time
Wait a minute.
When the show all the crimes that Kevin committed in the end it says on the left that Kevin is 6'0 foot tall
0:50 you forgot destruction of property
As long as the property isn’t demolished, it wont be charged as property destruction but they would get charged for property damage or criminal damage (Just saying yk)
2:55 did he mean it
Can't believe Marv is the one who commited the most crimes out of the three xd
oh i was WAITING for this one, Merry late Christmas everyone!
0:16 ain’t that the cop that took a header off the bridge in Sopranos (not Pesci)
Yes that’s him!
“This song is copyright, I must replace it” is a bop!
Would Kevin's parents be facing any serious charges for accidentally abandoning him twice?
Here are some ideas
If Ninjago villains were charged for their crimes
If Sony Animation villains were charged for their crimes
If Nickelodeon villains were charged for their crimes
If CN villains were charged for their crimes
"KEVIN! YOU SPENT $5,000,005 ON THE FINE!?"
-Buzz
Lol
Everyone repeat after me: "The traps Kevin built were an act of defense and therefore, he would face no charges for his actions."
I was really hoping for a littering charge at 3:48
fun fact, because of criminal conspiracy laws, harry and marv would receive identical sentences no matter what.
@realmousait Can you please do a video on the thieves from the third one? Feel their crimes were the most severe of any.
You should charge plankton for his crimes, because he probably has a lot
0:06 Oh that look of guilt is so satisfactory 😂
I’ll be honest I completely forgot Harry had a gun on him during 2 and was fully willing to shoot a child
I honestly don't blame him
In Madagascar 3, the gang would get 112 years, £35,350 and a few lives…
4:26 funny number
Video Idea: If Dreamworks Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes 5
This shows how evil movie characters are
I love the copyright song 😂 it’s such a bop in its own right, and this channel is golden! Please do a video for The Bride/Kill Bill characters and one for Darth Vader too! I’m sure you’ll have quite a good time breaking those down and it’s interesting that I’m getting a better understanding of how crimes are charged from these videos than anywhere else lol
My thoughts exactly
2:52 pretty sure that would be conspiracy to murder
Hey mousait, just wanted to bring to your attention that harry was actually in another home alone film after 1 & 2, which was home alone 4.
It's Marv. Harry is only mentioned.
Harry - "Marv, remember what happened last year, with the paint cans?"
Buzz - "So if Kevin didn't screw up again."
Kate - "He was left Home Alone last year."
Home Alone 4 is not canon.
Every movie after two is not canon
I would love to see a video where one of jim carry’s characters like the mask gets charged for their crimes
I wonder if Kevin's mom would also receive charges for child neglect
When I watched the first home alone movie when I was 8 or 9 I didn’t even know that guy was a disguised as a police officer from that movie
