Came because i was curious about Truckla... but fell in love with your humor and builds. Such a beautiful person all around... This world needs more nice and genuine people like you. You’re just the definition of STRONG! 🙏
You’re an incredible person and massively inspirational. I wish you nothing but the best and can’t wait for you to kick that tumor’s butt. Take care of yourself and know that you have a lot of people in your corner rooting for you.
Hi Simone, I shared your video with my wife who is a nurse. The first thing she asked was "is it benign? I told her you said yes. I also mentioned the size you said in the video. She said, rather confidently, that surgeons see this all the time and are very skilled in this surgery. She said that the risks they mentioned are true, but for the times she knows about she was unaware of anyone with those complications. I know that is somewhat less comforting because its YOUR brain, but trust me that you are in our thoughts and while we're not religious, in our prayers. I know with 46,000 comments you may not see this comment, but it feels good for me to put that vibe out there for you. Best of luck, speedy recovery, and I hope to see you posting again soon. Roger.
jacobhn2 I want you to just stop for a second and think about what you just wrote. On a video about Simone's brain tumour, kolasinski commented that it is unlikely to result in complications and offered support while you thought it was a good time to talk about how you removed two warts on your foot with a light bulb. Just think about it.
kolasinski we need more people like you in this world :) I hope her surgery goes well just like you mentioned :) and I hope she does read your comment someday..
My uncle had a brain tumor and they told him he wouldn't live a year longer. I was born that year and he's coming to see me graduate this May. Anything is possible, we're with you all the way!!!
Just wanna say I actually had a brain tumor removed this year from right inside my left temple. I have literally gone through all the worrying and stress your going through right now. I had all the same risks (losing eye, loss of control of left side of face, ect...) as you did and it is a serious situation but you will be ok. I made it through the 5 and a half hour surgery and now have a scar right above my eye but I made it. The surgery wasn't bad and it really doesn't hurt that bad after. I was just mainly extremely tired (for a few weeks) but no real substantial pain. You will be ok. I know how scary it is and surreal it is but you will be ok. I am 21 years old when it happened and now I am 2 months after the surgery and am back to full capacity. Please thumbs this up so she can see that she isn't alone.
Same, but 4 years later. I had no idea. I think it's particularly heart-wrenching because she represents the best in us. Playful terminally-curious wonder-filled determined goofy genuine adventurous spirited kind compassionate. She endears herself to you in _nothing flat_ ✨ So yeah... if you have a soul, it hurts seeing someone so good having to go through something like that
Simone, this is very sad news, but I’m with you and I’m sure you’ll get through fully functional! Your videos are amazing and funny and I can’t wait to see the next one :)
Whatever you do, whatever you need, make sure you do everything you can to get well and handle the situation. I can't speak for anyone else here but I know for me I'm happy to be here however long you need. If that is a week, a month, a year, or forever, I (and i hope a lot of other people) are here for you. I'm staying a patron, I'm staying subscribed, and I will hope for all the best for you!
Coming here a few years later because I was also diagnosed with a meningioma. And while it has been removed I'm super thankful for Simone's openness about her journey. It's been very helpful for my own healing.
Love you Simone! If there’s one thing I can help with, it might be trying to get tumor into space. I know some people... hang in there. You’re strong and driven and we’re all cheering for you!!!
I know the story has moved on since this video, but again I'm in tears. There is a lady even more beautiful than you, which I know must be hard to believe. Fifteen years ago at the age of twenty eight she had an explosion of blood in her head which was a rather unusual kind of stroke. They told her wouldn’t talk clearly, and would definitely never walk again. Her parents tell me she came home from hospital, after lazing around there for ten weeks taking up precious bed space, and put her wheel chair under the stairs. She has never used it again, walks with a stick and given time can hold a conversation with anyone (her aphasia can be funny at times). She has no movement down her right side, but can thread a needle, makes the most beautiful greeting cards, volunteers at two disability centres and is an all round amazing, stunning and beautiful inspiration to many. I’m telling you this because I know Brian has returned, but not matter what I already know you will survive, grow and inspire many people. You are made of the same stuff just promise me you have better taste in men/women/no defined sex. She is an exceptionally pretty lady, but decided to marry some fat, bald guy 15 years her senior for some strange reason. I’ve never been happier than she made me three years ago when she became my bride. You won’t just survive, you will become a giant inspiring many hundreds of thousands.
Newsflash: We don't watch for the robots. We watch because you're hilarious, and inspiring, and a great person. You have the world on your side. We've got you, fam.
Being able to laugh and smile despite getting such news is really just a hint of how incredibly strong, intelligent and down-to-earth you are. I have not been a part of this channel before this (coming from the Casey Community) but I'll be watching moving forward. So go get this surgery out of the way so we can blast that thing into space! We'll hit up Elon Musk and it can go up with one of Space X's rockets. We're all rooting for you. I'd say "Stay Strong" but there's no doubt in my mind that you will
One of my best friends had a similar issue and she had the surgery. Yes, it is scary. But she made it and went on to have two kids and an amazing career. You are loved and you have our support! Take whatever time you need for self care! 👍🏼❤️
Came from rewind (which sadly sucked) but, I didn’t know what you meant by you got sick so I searched for you and didn’t expect this. I thought it was some cold you got but, this was really serious and did not prepare to get smacked with sadness today. I know a guy who had a tumor but, I don’t know what happened to him since I left that church (he was a guy who went there). I’m sorry and hope you get over this life threatening moment.
Hey Simone! I'm a 33 year old dude. I had a fairly large 6 cm benign sphenoid wing meningioma (tumor behind right eye) removed last November. It caused my right eye to protrude slightly and that was the only symptom I had. They removed it and I still have one more surgery in a few months to make my eye look perty again :P. I just wanted to let you know that you're going to be okay! The before surgery part is the scariest part. The doctors will tell you worse case scenarios to prepare you for the worst. It's like some random guy telling you that a plane might crash before you get onto a plane. TLDR: You'll be okay! Right eye tumor buddies 4lyfe.
I'm watching in 2020 after learning that everything turned out okay, and my eyes are leaking anyway. I absolutely LOVE your attitude. About everything. Thank you for sharing your weird. It's the best.
Boy, this is tough to watch. Clicking as usual on that little like button makes me feel so irrelevant and powerless. But liking you we do, very much. And the non-shitty medical robots built by engineers that you have inspired and entertained, I know they love you too. They are aware of all the good you have done, and are coming back to get you out of this! Wishing you best of luck and a speedy recovery!
I acknowledge this is a years old video but I just have to say, you are a brave and genuine woman. The way you breath humor while holding back tears, I’m so glad everything went well with your surgery. I love all your videos, you are the only entertainer on this platform that makes me laugh every time. ♥️♥️
My dad just had brain surgery on Thursday, you will be fine! Brain surgeons are incredible people. They saved my Dad's life with a 12 hour surgery, and now he's already running / walking around the neighborhood doing normal everyday things :)
Simone! I am a huge fan of yours and look to you as a role model and inspiration in building my channel. If anyone has ideas for how TH-cam creators can help support Simone and her channel during the hiatus reply to me here! ❤️
@The Coding Train what about joining the best of both worlds in some kind of AWESOME *Shitty Augmented Reality Project* 1-It must be related to shitty robots and 2- It must deal with a #tumorhumour situation. It could be an amalgamation of such projects amongst the whole learning/geek/maker/hacker/developers/robotics/engineering/techies/etc from the TH-cam community. Or maybe we could form teams and engage in a tournament. Finally it should raise awareness of such health issues and all profits will go to Simone's channel in order to keep it even stronger for the day she comes back!
Damn. Damn damn damn. Good luck, Simone, we're pulling for you. Side note, if you wanted to one-up William Osman losing his house, there are better ways to do it! Kidding, kidding. I've had 2 people in my life with brain tumors, both quite substantial. They both made it through, and I don't expect that you'll break that streak. They had their surgeries about 8 years and 14 years ago, and knowing how quickly science has been progressing, I'm sure you'll have an even better chance than they did. One of them was my 8th grade science teacher. She took a 2 year hiatus, but returned stronger than ever, and taught me again in 11th grade. It's not going to be a fun or easy journey to recovery, but I'm sure you'll be able to fight through and prevail in the end. Again, good luck, Simone. We're here for you. Well, most of us are, it's the internet after all. There are bound to be a few assholes. :)
i remember watching this 2 years ago and really feeling for you, being all inspired and shit at how someone going through such a tough time could tackle it with such a great attitude and sense of humor turns out around that exact time my brain was also very inspired because it started growing a tumor of it's own (yeah that's right i'm blaming this on you) after moving back to my home country, having my time filled with countless mri's and hospital trips, i'm now one week after my first craniotomy and i just felt the need to write out how much of a fucking badass inspiration you are to have and how much it has helped to see this be publicly addressed and talked about. and since i'm now following in your footsteps so closely, i'm gonna go draft up some plans to turn an electric toy car into a toy truck or some shit-i'm sure i can work something out that's within my skillset
I’ve only recently found your channel, but I instantly became a fan. Your personality and infectious enthusiasm for creation has drawn me in along with the rest of the world. I’m sorry to hear about the scary news, and we’ll all be wishing you the best. As long as you keep up that sense of humor we will all know you are ok :)
I also have a brain tumor in my head they found it when I was 16 they told me I had 6 months to live. the brain tumor is still in my head they did not do surgery and I am 32 years old with no problems Keep positive and love yourself
@Define.derivinguncertainity_comm you clearly don't know anything because it's not an X ray machine that is used but instead an MRI machine, totally different.
I’m so glad it’s benign. Brain surgery is terrifying and so many bad things can happen but hopefully everything goes right. Take all the time off you need. Sending you lots of love xx
Simone, you should document your experience, treatment, recovery. Even if you never publish it, it will be therapeutic and a constructive distraction. Stay brave and stay strong.
jace welsh Did you even read the part where they said "Even if you never publish it, it will be therapeutic and a constructive distraction"? These kinds of videos aren't for posting, it's for a) like Viva Frei said, a distraction, and b) so it's something to look back on in the future, to see the struggle you've gone through that makes you who you are. I have heard of many people who have decided to make videos documenting their journey through difficult times like these, not to publish them and make money, but for their own self benefit. Edit: spelling error
Oh god when I read the title of this vid I felt my heart breaking and I kept repeating "no no no no no" while the video was charging, and then I started crying when you did. Your videos bring me SO MUCH joy. I cried with laughter so many times while watching them. Every time I'm sad I watch your videos, and you inspire me so damn much !!!God I love you so much ! You're brilliant, funny, inspiring and just incredible and unique !I know you're gonna get through this and everything is going to be fine, because you're just the most badass person ever ! Take care of yourself, we will wait for you to get better ! Lots of love from France
A couple years ago I had 2 brain surgeries to remove a tumor. I was only 13. Luckily the tumor was not cancerous, but it was such a scary time of my life. Like you, I had such a supportive family and amazing friends to hold me in line. I hope everything goes well for your surgery, and wish nothing but the best recovery for you and your family.
Hey Simone! A Guy from Germany talking here, who survived a situation like yours. I had a Brain Tumor, as well Golfball size, 10 years ago. Im blind on one eye, need to take a lot of medicine, need to go often to doctors but hey, im alive. I had two surgery sessions and was roughly 3 months in the hospital. Girl, dont stress yourself too much, you can live a good life with only one eye and of course something can happen during surgery, but what are the odds? I wish you the best wishes
I found Simone's channel yesterday, Apr. 10, 2020, and she is already one of my favorite people in the world. Finding her after the surgery and the radiation treatment and seeing a bunch of her videos that have nothing to do with the brain tumor is pretty surreal. It's like meeting this insanely cool, funny person and learning a ton about just the nature of life. The first video I saw was the coffee table made of matches followed up by the paper shredder she made from her brain scans. Then Daryl, the tofu robot deer, Truckla, the Business Mantis Shrimp and Alfred the house boat. And on and on and on. Whether it's the really shitty parts of life where you see her start to cry in this video, the silly puns, the random profanity that she uses when she's frustrated that make her sexy as hell, or the ridiculous inventions, this woman is an absolute gift to the world. I am so glad that I found this channel when I did, because I know that she's come out the other side of this thing and she is doing fine. I don't know if I could have handled watching her deal with this in real time. To Simone: Thank you for being you. I'm very new to this channel, but I know deep down that when I am having a shitty day, I can tune into virtually anything you post for a smile. Keep on keepin' on. You are more important than you know.

I absolutely love your humor. 3. My ugly cry beats your ugly cry. 4. You have amazing skills. 5. I’m subscribing right after writing this.
In the middle you made me cry with you. I am so, so sorry that this is happening to you, I wish you the best and hope that everything goes according to plan! And it is good that you keep your humor, I think that is the best way to cope with sth like this
I'm glad you're facing this with a sense of humor. Brain tumors are a big deal, but not too big to joke about. Just make sure you remind your surgeon to measure twice and cut once. I told my mom's brain surgeon that, and it seemed to help! #tumorhumor
Lxender Actually, yes. Im getting 5 teeth pulled soon and I'm thinking of keeping them, painting them, and putting them on a necklace. O.o that I'll never wear. Simply because its absurd and I love that.
My friend had a similar situation last year. The eye doctor sent her for the MRI after an appointment. Her tumor was benign as well, and was the size of an orange. She is fully recovered now! There’s still so much hope!

Just think about it.
ok sorry. is deleted.
jacobhn2 how the heck did you remove warts with a lightbulb?
kolasinski we need more people like you in this world :) I hope her surgery goes well just like you mentioned :) and I hope she does read your comment someday..
Incredibly difficult news Simone. If there is anything the EDU community can do to support you, please let us know. Get well soon.
Hi!
Everyone should show support, a step in the right direction Real Engineering
She is so intelligent humorous and cute, It breaks my heart.
But life is like a book and we have to read all the chapters.
Miktecrep she is good now tho?
She had surgery
You’re an inspiration 💖
@@TheBlondiekitten It feels good to read it
Simone, I love you so much. Stay strong, you got this ❤❤❤
My uncle had a brain tumor and they told him he wouldn't live a year longer. I was born that year and he's coming to see me graduate this May. Anything is possible, we're with you all the way!!!
He still with us?
Delta Music thanks so much for sharing, I'm glad that you are recovering and I hope she does too.
Delta Music You’re awesome! Glad you’re doing so well
Thank you! Means a lot!
Thank you!
Why am I crying? She makes it out this was literally 2 years ago, she survives and makes a fucking truckla, everything is fine why am I still crying
Empathetic to trauma ❤️
Life is scary. That's why.
The joy to know she's fine now, but the terror to see someone go through difficult stuff like this.
Same, but 4 years later. I had no idea. I think it's particularly heart-wrenching because she represents the best in us. Playful terminally-curious wonder-filled determined goofy genuine adventurous spirited kind compassionate. She endears herself to you in _nothing flat_ ✨
So yeah... if you have a soul, it hurts seeing someone so good having to go through something like that
@@ComradeStiv same but even 3 months later than you 🥺
I'm very sorry to hear about the tumor. I really hope you get out of this 100% fine
I wish you a speedy recovery. You got the right attitude so you will go thru it. Easy peasy. Good luck.
SeductionByKamal I
Simone, this is very sad news, but I’m with you and I’m sure you’ll get through fully functional! Your videos are amazing and funny and I can’t wait to see the next one :)

SeductionByKamal We Love you Simone! Best of luck ❤️ stay strong!
I'm so thankful to hear that you came through everything. I truly hope things are going well for you and you have had a complete recovery. ❤️
Stay strong Simone! The whole Maker community are sending their prayers.
Ben's Worx no we aint
Praying is kid stuff. I'm sacrificing a goat.
Love you Simone! If there’s one thing I can help with, it might be trying to get tumor into space. I know some people... hang in there. You’re strong and driven and we’re all cheering for you!!!
DO IT
I came here for you Simone, not the robots, you. So whatever you do I’ll support it

AGREED
Very well said 👍
Being able to laugh and smile despite getting such news is really just a hint of how incredibly strong, intelligent and down-to-earth you are.
She did, she is back to making vids
Wishing you nothing but the best. Love your positive energy! ❤️
Sending you so much love Simone and wishing you the best
Michigan1985 hopfefully she replues.
Yes, I also hope that she replues.
I didn't see her plue the first time
I'm watching in 2020 after learning that everything turned out okay, and my eyes are leaking anyway. I absolutely LOVE your attitude. About everything.
Thank you for sharing your weird. It's the best.
Love you so much Simone, you got this!
From one TH-camr to another, I am sorry to hear this.. And I hope you do make a full recovery.
So happy to see this response from you here.
Apoit V It doesn’t. Just happy to see one of my idols supporting another one of my idols. Don’t ruin the moment.
They saved my Dad's life with a 12 hour surgery, and now he's already running / walking around the neighborhood doing normal everyday things :)
rnkn yup! My dad has a brain tumor, personality changed a bit but he is perfectly normal
Simone! I am a huge fan of yours and look to you as a role model and inspiration in building my channel. If anyone has ideas for how TH-cam creators can help support Simone and her channel during the hiatus reply to me here! ❤️
@The Coding Train what about joining the best of both worlds in some kind of AWESOME
*Shitty Augmented Reality Project* 1-It must be related to shitty robots and 2- It must deal with a #tumorhumour situation.
i remember watching this 2 years ago and really feeling for you, being all inspired and shit at how someone going through such a tough time could tackle it with such a great attitude and sense of humor
turns out around that exact time my brain was also very inspired because it started growing a tumor of it's own (yeah that's right i'm blaming this on you)
after moving back to my home country, having my time filled with countless mri's and hospital trips, i'm now one week after my first craniotomy and i just felt the need to write out how much of a fucking badass inspiration you are to have and how much it has helped to see this be publicly addressed and talked about.
and since i'm now following in your footsteps so closely, i'm gonna go draft up some plans to turn an electric toy car into a toy truck or some shit-i'm sure i can work something out that's within my skillset
You are strong, you got this!
Hang in there you'll be back in action in no time! Wishing you a fast recovery.
You got this! We believe in you!
You got this
I’ve only recently found your channel, but I instantly became a fan. Your personality and infectious enthusiasm for creation has drawn me in along with the rest of the world. I’m sorry to hear about the scary news, and we’ll all be wishing you the best. As long as you keep up that sense of humor we will all know you are ok :)
That´s exactly m case, just found her and now this video, i really hope she will recover from anything ahead, i really like this woman.
It’s scary, I know but, I tell you right now. You will be ok and the only thing that you are going to lose, is the tumor. God bless and be strong.
JuanMTech was it like a cluster headache or was behind your eye( like right behind)
JuanMTech god doesn't exist
JuanMTech you have a lot of bot accounts, I know one when I see their channel.
I also have a brain tumor in my head they found it when I was 16 they told me I had 6 months to live.
the brain tumor is still in my head they did not do surgery and I am 32 years old with no problems
Keep positive and love yourself
oh my god i'm so glad! i'm still just waiting for bad news.. i'm gonna think of this if my tumor is cancerous
@Define.derivinguncertainity_comm would you like proof, my files, my MRI scans, my diagnoses of PTSD due to the tumour???
@Define.derivinguncertainity_comm actually there was diseases they just weren't documented
@Define.derivinguncertainity_comm omfg I hope your a troll
Do post because it would help so many with your journey.
Viva Frei you want her to milk her horrific experience for money wow.
jace welsh Did you even read the part where they said "Even if you never publish it, it will be therapeutic and a constructive distraction"? These kinds of videos aren't for posting, it's for a) like Viva Frei said, a distraction, and b) so it's something to look back on in the future, to see the struggle you've gone through that makes you who you are. I have heard of many people who have decided to make videos documenting their journey through difficult times like these, not to publish them and make money, but for their own self benefit.
Edit: spelling error
Viva Frei umm maybe not a good idea cuz ik those things are draining
Don't be sorry for joking in situations like that, that's how some people cope, good luck
And helps others deal with it too.
Go kick that tumor's behind, Simone! You got this.

❤️ you are such a beautiful person! Sending you all the love...
Love your sense of humor and outlook on everything through something as impossibly difficult as this! Hope to see you back soon! 💕
Casey said to bring some love and support...
Prepare for some.
Chinook Productions came from Casey too
Came from Casey too and she got a new sub !
Came from Casey's channel. And stayed here watching her videos. She's awesome.

Wow. I went from seeing a post about your dog chair, to watching you build your dog chair, to watching this video and I have to say.
1. I hope you’re happy/healthy.
2. I absolutely love your humor.
3. My ugly cry beats your ugly cry.
4. You have amazing skills.
5. I’m subscribing right after writing this.
You seem like an awesome human being, no one deserves this. Sending my love 💜 You've got this!
Take care, and don't give up that sense of humour.
Joshua Hillerup that sense of tumour im so sorry, couldn’t help it stay strong Simone!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
In the middle you made me cry with you. I am so, so sorry that this is happening to you, I wish you the best and hope that everything goes according to plan!
And it is good that you keep your humor, I think that is the best way to cope with sth like this
I told myself this morning, i wasn't going to cry today! .... I WAS WRONG!
SAME
Dafuqs with the dislikes? 🙁
ExtremeGamer probably just disliking the tumour itself, not disliking her- at least, I hope so.
Katie H they disliked the tumour away.
I don't want her to leave us..
well reasons could be a lot
They might be don't like seeing simone crying..
You got this Simone, well wishes and high fives from the UK
I'm glad you're facing this with a sense of humor. Brain tumors are a big deal, but not too big to joke about.
Just make sure you remind your surgeon to measure twice and cut once. I told my mom's brain surgeon that, and it seemed to help! #tumorhumor
Put it in a glass afterwards and tell everyone it's an actual brain
third hemisphere
Also, give it a name.
Andrii Glushko 100% give it a name.
She should put it in a shitty robot!
Lxender Actually, yes. Im getting 5 teeth pulled soon and I'm thinking of keeping them, painting them, and putting them on a necklace. O.o that I'll never wear. Simply because its absurd and I love that.
Thank you for being so honest and frank. I admire the way you are dealing with this and I hope you will be around for a long time to come.
This sucks. You are very strong and I know you will get through this. Long live our queen!
My friend had a similar situation last year. The eye doctor sent her for the MRI after an appointment. Her tumor was benign as well, and was the size of an orange. She is fully recovered now! There’s still so much hope!
Good to hear!
Casey sent me! Simone where is a gofundme, so we youtube watchers can help a friend in need! Stay strong! From a triple bypass person. I hope your surgery turns out like mine, just "A bump in the road of life". God bless!
It's soothing to watch this two years later knowing you're doing well. Not sure what the status on the regression is but I hope that's fine. You're an inspiration and a joy to watch. Weirdo! ❤️
