we have a file for PTR, but it is not saved in the named directory, how we can find the PTR file ? note that we don't know the directory or the file full name, just a part from it

Postmaster is the boss account, it will get alert, notifications etc, i dont know about vestamail account, you can check it is created by defaultbor not, if it is, it may be for this sort of purposes, normally users should have their own mailboxes.

whats is the entries in resolv.conf in master and slave dns server
