The long coat that is a bit longer does work with shorter people for sure. Im 5"9 and have one in wool and kashmir that stops below the knee. One of my favorite coats.

Hello, great video as always. Finding good quality, somewhat affordable, long coat is so hard tho lol. I also have a question that's not related to video directly, but maybe you have advice on gloves for winter? I'm thinking about leather gloves and was thinking about some Hestra gloves, but maybe you have some general recommendations? Cheers.
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed! I know what you mean, my favourite long coat I have was a thift store purchase and I was so lucky to find it! Oh yeah I love the look of leather gloves in the winter, Hestra look like they do some great pairs, just added the William pair to my wishlist!

Enjoyed it as always, I'm with you to pass on the sneaker/loafer combo. My opinion is it doesn't do either well. That seems to be fairly common with most hybrid products imo.
@@RyanVVild you've got it. It's similar to the hideous is it an Oxford or a sneaker (the ones with the white sole on a leather Oxford shoe). Don't give into the trend, either wear your NB or your loafers lol. I'm only kidding, that's what is great about fashion, grab a pair (once they're not so over priced) if you want them.
Technically yes hahaha but quite a lot of monochromatic fits can feature black just to add a little bit of contrast! Also many people who come from an artistic or design background (such a myself) learn that Black is actually not a colour but a shade/tone, so to me technically this fit is still monochromatic! Hope this isnt too confusing!

Trainers like Speedcats and Adidas Taekwondo’s did bad things to my feet in the late 90s, I’ll be giving them a swerve this time round. I do think you’re right, Puma should have a big comeback as they have some great models outside of the suedes, the Palermos, Ralph Sampson Los and GV Specials are great alternatives to current saturated models
Hahaha! Yeah definitely could see my feet getting messed up with these! Yeah I really love the Palermo's too actually now thinking about it, I should have mentioned a few more Puma models!

Hahaha I might give it a watch, don't have too much time to watch tv now i'm making 17 minutes videos lmao! Shame you didnt rate the jeans man, I really love them!
Wow, a 17 minute video! Surprised to see you doing trend related content, I'm sure this can bring a lot of growth to this channel! 4:17 Totally agree with you on this jacket. But to be honest, I don't usually have a preference for color blocking (a recent trend in Japan). 10:23 As for the Mexico 66, my favorite colorway is the white with blue and red stripes. I feel like that one and the black one are the most classic color combination of there pair, even though I haven't done much research on it. 11:15 Really hating on those pair :D 16:30 I like a western belt that is too long. I'll tie it in a loose knot at the end and let it hang down naturally.
I'm just dipping my toe in and seeing what you guys think of something a little different haha! Glad someone at least agrees about the Gael Jacket, thats two of us! Yeah i really love the black and white ones too man, so classic but still feels kind of new and fresh! Is the idea of a loafer with a runner outsole and mesh details not insane?!? Yeah I quite like the way Mr Harry Has styled it in the video excerpt I grabbed, does look nice kind of hanging so you can see the silver details! Thanks for watching dude!
5:30 I'm not a fan for a few reasons. With how it is made, it wont last as long as the fibers are purposely damaged. It also has too much of a youthful look to me. As someone in my early 30s, I feel like this is one of those pieces where you would look at me and go "hes trying so hard to stand out". Which is something I have always hated with trends. Its like you have to be a peacock instead of just a well dressed person.
*Don't* wrap your jumper round your shoulders like a scarf - you'll' look the kind of person who wraps their jumper round their shoulders like a scarf 🙂
I'm curious because you mention Weekday and also Uniqlo, which are both terrible fast fashion companies. Pretty messed up to support and promote fast fashion to your followers. Maybe try and buy more vintage and second-hand. hand please stop supporting and promoting fast fashion companies !!!!
I appreciate where your heart is, and thanks for steering people towards vintage/high quality pieces - but that's just simply not true. Granted, they're not the most premium brands around, but they're a significant step towards mindful consumption and away from fast fashion for the vast majority of people. The jump in quality and sustainable practice from say Primark/Shein/H&M to the two you've mentioned is dramatic!
The original comment is correct. If you look deeper into manufacturing practices and the treatment of workers, as well as the shift toward quick trends rather than long-term quality, you’ll see that brands like Primark, H&M, and many other high-street retailers exemplify everything associated with fast fashion. While opinions may vary, this is a matter of fact. A better approach is to buy second-hand items from lesser-known brands that are made in reputable factories. For instance, I wear a lot of vintage USA workwear, and brands like Woolrich offer well-made goods at affordable prices in the second-hand market. It’s far better to invest in one well-made item that can last generations than to buy and replace ten poorly made pieces that were produced under exploitative conditions.
