Twin Cities Adventures I made the coconut macaroon cheesecake tonight. I’ll only let you know if I don’t like it. I’m sure I’ll be making it again. I had a friend ask me to make it when she gets back to work from being out with Covid 19 so she can try it. I’m looking forward to the dreamsicle cheesecake and with watch for it to come up.
I prefer using the 7.5 spring form pan on amazon - the cheesecake comes out a bit bigger and neater - you dont have that run off on the sides, plus you can use one more block of cream cheese if you wanted to. Just add a bit of of each ingredient to the recipe.
Love this idea. I’m making this tomorrow. For the crust I will add in some almond flour with the ground almonds since I have both. I’m curious to see how this affects the texture of the crust. I love the toasted coconut topping idea. Was that Samuel holding the camera?

I have been collecting vintage jadeite milk glass from the 1940s for years. I usually find these items at estate sales or antique shops. You can also find remakes at target, home goods, Etsy or Amazon.
I turn it off because I don’t want it to apply any additional heat after the cooking time is done. Thanks so much for watching hope you love the cheesecakes.
Quick question.. I do not have fat daddio pan. I have a darker spring form pan and my cheesecakes seem to overcook everytime. Could the pan make a difference or is it possible my 6 at duo is running hotter?
In your videos, you mention that your cheesecake pan is a 6x3 but when I click on the Amazon link you provide it shows a 7x3. Would the time for the instapot still be 28 minutes if a 7x3 pan was used instead of a 6x3?
It’s supposed to be dense that’s the way I like it and I make up all my own recipes. If you want it less dense I would encourage you to omit the 1/4 cup flour. If you want it even more moist and you could also increase the amount of sour cream that you put in your cheesecake. Happy cooking :-)

I don't think it's the pan. I would just adjust the time, as all electronic machines are probably slightly different.

Good question, you can alter the recipe if you want to but it may change the flavor. I always experiment in my kitchen. Let me know what happens.

That link is generic and it brings you to the 7 x 3. If you click on it then you can choose whatever size you want to purchase.

So I've tried making instant pot cheesecake three times now and it keeps coming out too moist and even "soggy". Any idea how I can fix that?
Every appliance may be slightly different if you’re not getting the results you want then try cooking it longer.
