This truly puts a smile on my face. A great arrangement. Have watched it many a time already. Thank you once again for uploading your videos. Is there a possibility that this may end up in your lessons by chance?
You’re a new discovery for me … instant favorite alongside Chris Coole, Jason Romero, and Lukas Poole. I read a previous response that you’re playing an Enoch Dobson…10 or 11 “? Thanks for the inspiration
Thankyou @fundybanjos! Really appreciate it. I got the tune from a fiddler pal in Virginia and when looking into it more traced it to a Pete Sutherland record. Not sure before that? I did the arrangement though yes.
@@michaelstarkeybanjoandguit5443 yeah, thanks for the reply. I'll have to check out some other versions too. Love your syncopated style. I kinda got the A part figured out the other night and it was really fun. Had it stuck in my head for a day or two.
Thanks @drewby613 - glad to hear you're enjoying the playing. @fundybanjos has got it below - fDGCD tuning, key of F. Fiddlers maybe do it in G calico?
Great arrangement, its really fresh sounding in this tuning!
Thanks @chxis. It's an interesting tuning to try and arrange in.

Aw thankyou @banjowillowwarbler-gm4jk for your kind words. I can certainly put it on the list for lesson videos/tabs to make.
Yeah man you are playing really nice…🪕🪕🪕
Thankyou Paul! Appreciate you taking the time to watch.

Thanks for taking the time to comment Andrew and I'm flattered to be in such good company!
And it's a 12" pot on the Enoch Dobson.
Holy crap man, that's some good playing. Did you come up with that tune or arrangement?

Sick!!! Loved that right hand bounce!! What key/tuning is this in?
I believe he's playing in F and in fDGCD tuning, I'm trying to figure it out myself. It's got some really surprising turns to it.

Yep that's it!@@fundybanjos
Ahah! It looked like F, but I couldn't figure the raised second string. Thank you!!@@michaelstarkeybanjoandguit5443
