@Ugo Uchendu I find it to be sooo much easier to fill than picking out houses and placing families. Especially if I have favorite lots that I end up using in a lot of different saves. I might even tweak them a bit then upload them to my own gallery to reuse later.

I love both of the pool community lots! I also like that renovation of the Magnolia Blossom Park. I lovedddd that splash pad idea! You'd be surprised that some people don't know about splash pads or have never heard of splash pads. It definitely fits San Myshuno! The Asian restaurant was really nice. Both of the gyms were also really nice. The gay bar is super cute, and I need to put it in my game! Thanks for showcasing these community lots.

I remember one time I built an abandoned church turned into a vampire nightclub, and my vampire power household had a club and had their headquarters in the church's basement. They used to feed off of sims coming to the club to dance lol good times...

Same, my Newcrest is all commercial and community -any of my Sims that have businesses also have them there.

Arcisim is an OG one of my first save files had like 90% of their builds. Minimal clutter and everything so symmetrical.
