He gets 4 stars because he enters forbidden areas, this is played right after starting a game without completing any missions so San Fierro and Las Venturas aren't unlocked, trespassing gives you permanent 4 stars and even with time they won't go away.
I just finished collecting 49 clams and forgot about the glitch, *sigh.. guess i need to redo all the missions again on the next run. Thanks for the video, you're mad lad

TIP: Do this during a mission that freezes your wanted level. The earliest mission that allows it is Drive By, at the start of the mission don't get in the car just go after the collectibles without worrying about cops
Was 3 seconds ahead of you when a cop suddenly out of nowhere pulled me out of my car at the casino in LV. R.I.P. On top of that the Hydras completely destroyed me, no matter the altitude. But it sucks playing on ps2 and 4. Playing on PC its easier to cheat and using glitches. Unfortunatly theres no way to get wr on ps. Cant magically unspawn Hydras and boats. 😔

If you do it at the end of the game you are f*cked up because 6 stars is hard to deal with. Doing it at beginning will only give you 4 stars.
That 6 stars are triggered when you enter the vertical bird ship..

I play but without rushing the game I do another things better than speed
