Although that's the "meaning", native Chinese speakers don't talk like that. The wording and grammar was totally messed up. That's 100% machine translation from English, I mean, poorly. Google Translate would likely do a better job, which brings up some interesting questions - who exactly was behind that message? Why were they pretending to be Chinese?
(A much more natural way to express similar meaning would be "哈哈傻逼，錢我们是收到了，准备拿来买叶子去，只可惜你毛線都不會收到了呢😂")
It's crazy how people can slap 100k games you can download onto a Raspberry PI , put it in a plastic mold shaped like a console and sell it for like 8x the price. And not get sued.
craziest thing is that i have absolutely no idea who would want this. if i get an emulator console or handheld first thing is me always wiping all the shit games it has (especially annoying the copy pasted on non english ones).

I'm actually surprised how many games there are in Russian in these Chinese bootleg consoles nowadays. I remember how a few years ago most of them were in English with a few in Chinese. Might be because there's now a market for this kind of stuff in Russia due to western stuff no longer being available there for reasons that everybody is probably aware of.
I looked into russian translated games and found entire websites dedicated for it.
I even found a russian translation of 50 Cent: Bulletproof for the PS2 😂 Might check it out on stream sometime

6:40 looks like a combination of several of those giant rom + romhack compilations, already you showed NES, SNES, GBA and PSX roms
Each pack has virtually all games for the console in every possible version, not just v1.0 & v1.1 & v1.2 but each of them in every language they were released cause for speedruns and romhacks this is important cause not every version has the optimal bugs and text speed for speedruns or is compatible with a particular tool for romhacks.
I wouldn't wonder if this also includes early arcade machine roms (nothing fancy but only only 2d games) and whatnot.
I wonder if they did really make the effort of changing the title screen to add a fake copyright mark in every of the 108000 games, especially since these are roms from different consoles it requires a different method for every type of rom (unless there is a tool that just does this for every kind of rom or something).
