I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I was more active on TH-cam, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!
Just subscribed and got approved for the program, Im down with a course. You are the first guy on youtube I seen who keep it real. Also are you doing vertical or horizontal videos?
Thanks for the support! I’m always going to be honest, unlike these “gurus” on the internet. The first couple of months I only did horizontal, because that’s what’s mainly on the product pages. The vertical videos go on the inspire page, so they typical have lower conversions, but get good views. So, now I’ve started doing my horizontal video for a product, and then doing a shortened vertical video on the same product
@@agentalexcamp I have heard people say that there are some products that you cannot make videos about, but according to you I can review all the products, right?
@@akr7am a lot of people say completely false stuff about this program all the time. Any product that is sold on Amazon, you can do a review on it. There are brands, like Apple, that don’t allow other peoples videos to be in the top carousel on their product pages, but other people’s videos can still show up on the bottom carousel, so you can still do videos on it. Once again, I wouldn’t listen to 75% of people that try to talk about this program lol.
One of the best videos I’ve seen so far. I first three videos have been accepted, published, but I’m still waiting for the on-site commissions to unlock. How long did that take for you?
Thanks! Published to your storefront is different from approved for onsite, so hopefully you’ll get approved also! It only took about 2 business days for me to get approval, but the approval time is very dependent on how many other people are trying to get approved at the same time you are.
@@agentalexcamp thanks for getting back with me so quickly. My videos have been approved in published rather quickly. So you’re saying to unlock your site commissions takes another couple of days or more.
@@agentalexcamp So I understand that it takes a couple of days after being published to show up on Amazon. My question is how long did it take for you to unlock so you could get paid commissions
@@theoldvideoguy yea that’s what I’m saying. When I submitted my 3 videos, I was approved for onsite commissions within about 2 business days. Some people are that fast, and some people have waited weeks, depending on demand.
Videos need to be well lit, clear audio, and atleast 30 seconds long. Make sure the product is neutral, as in not any kind of medical product or controversial
Funny how TH-cam showed you in my feeds. So Affiliates and Influencers isn't just about making videos. When you're affiliates, you can ONLY use links, you sadly can't even build your page. You're doing good. I checked yours. Yup, it's all connected to Amazon directly. I only started making videos on mine a few weeks back. Not much. I mainly only had links and I did make money off that but now I have switched to videos. It does help make a difference. You need to be a influencer essentially to be approved lol sadly, if you have no social media background at all, can't get approved. Keep it up Alex.
Thanks! Awesome that you got in! Make sure to watch my September review that I posted, and this afternoon im posting a new video on the program this afternoon, and giving a free basic guide on the program!

That’s great! Goodluck on growing your sales!
I appreciate how humble and honest you are in this video and not salesy. Keep up the good work!
That’s the only way I know how to be! Thanks! October was my biggest month yet, so I’ll be posting that video within the next couple days!

Nice work my friend! Keep at it! September will be fire!
Hope so!
How do I know if the product allows me to review it or not, because there are some that the company does not allow you to do?
What do you mean there are some that does not allow you to do? You can review any product that is sold on Amazon
