INGREDIENTS:
* Milk (दूध) - 1 Litre
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Cashew ( काजू) - 10 Nos.
* Almonds (बादाम) - 10 Nos.
* Apricot (खुबानी) - 10 Nos.
* Cardamom (इलायची) - 1 Nos.
* Saffron (केसर) - Some
* Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1 Pinch
* Pistachio (पिस्ता) - Some
* Sugar-candy (मिश्री) - Some

✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Soak Apricot/Khubani overnight and remove their seeds. In a mixing jar, add seedsles Apricot/khubani, and boiled Milk. Grind well and make a fine paste.
Chop Cashew Nuts and Almonds. Grind them, and make a fine powder.
Keep the heavy bottom pan on the flame, add Water and Full Cream Milk, and let it boil first. When the Milk starts boiling then add crushed Cardamom, Saffron, ground Dry Fruits, Baking Soda, and Apricot Paste. Stir and boil on low to medium flame. Then turn the flame off and divide the mixture into two portions. Add Candy Sugar/Mishi with half the Milk and let the remaining milk as it. Cover with silver foil and freeze overnight. Garnish with chopped Pistachio, and cut into pieces. Serve chilled and enjoy! In this way, Sugar-Free Malai Kulfi will get ready so easily at home.
