✍🏻𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
* White Flour/Maida(मैदा) - 4 Cup
* Salt(नमक) - 1/4 Tsp
* Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Milk Powder(मिल्क पाउडर) - 2 Tsp
* Dry Yeast(सूखा खमीर) - 3 Tsp
* Water(पानी) - As required
* Powdered Sugar(पिसी चीनी) - 100 Gram
* Oil(तेल) - Less than 1/2 Cup
* Colorful Cherries(रंगीन चेरी) - Some
* Sweet Milk(मीठा दूध) - Some
* Butter(बटर) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
Take a big plate and add White Flour/Maida, Salt, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Milk Powder, Dry Yeast, Sugar Powder and Oil. Mix well and bind the loose dough by adding Water gradually. Apply some Oil on it and knead it well. Cover it with a cling wrap and keep the dough for an hour in a warm place. Take Maida in your hands & punch the dough. Knead it for 5-6 mins by dusting Maida and apply some Oil. Roll the dough and cut into equal portions. Make balls and spread them with your fingers. Fill the Colorful Cherries in the center and roll well. Take a baking tray and arrange all the buns. Grease some Sweet Milk on the buns and sprinkle some more Cherries. Cover with a cloth for 15-20 minutes. Put some Buns in the Idli Pot and cooker. Cover and bake the buns for 25-30 mins. Also, bake the Burger Buns in OTG/Microwave Convection mode at 180 Degrees for 15-20 mins. After baking the Buns, grease Butter on them and cover them with a wet cloth for 30 mins. In this way, soft and spongy Sweet Burger/Buns will get ready so easily at home.
