I just love how they are living still in their home, caring and maintaining it, a bit of gardening, and when they receive the gift of a free clean they just are unable to grasp that someone would do it for free, and are still trying to pay. Just very heartwarming. Shocking the difference from before to after and far safer for the gentleman.

Well, I learned today that one doesn't have to use chemicals to clean, which is a good thing in certain situations, the garden came out beautifully and sharp looking Way to go for Norman, that should help to get his house dried in, Who was having more fun in the park, let's just say it was Ben lol and thank you Sam for handling the premiere while being stuck in traffic

Where I live the local council, through government funding can replace windows, doors, insulate and put heating in your home for free. I was wondering if your local council does this and this could help Norman. Worth looking into. You and your dad do a fantastic job as always helping these people out. You both deserve awards for your help to the community.
Yes ! That's a good idea.The local council would only do it you don't have funds in the bank.I have to admit, it's crossed my mind if Norman actually needs financial help ? He lives in his parents home which , more than likely ,has no mortgage and is paid off. Norman doesn't have kids and hasn't been married I think. He might be loaded with money in the bank but too cheap to spend. This house didn't get like this overnight. There is no doubt he's in need of mental health help but financial ? I'm just not convinced.
