That's how I'm feeling today: no way out. I'm 78. The house needs staining. The trees need trimming. The flower beds need weeding. Everything is overwhelming. I'm so glad that you are willing and able to help people who are feeling overwhelmed. You can't imagine how encouraging it is for people who want things nice but just aren't able to keep up with it anymore. Blessings to you as you continue blessing others.
There are lots of people out there who can and will work one or two hours a week, fortnight or month, I employ someone who does equivalent to one day every 4 weeks, 13 days a year, when he works we do all the stuff that I can't do on my own.
@patirvin-bz9pg no one is suggesting to hire anyone. We're talking about being blessed. Ben, Paul, and Colin do not charge a penny to the peron(s) being assisted. There are many channels of people who do such work. Their payment comes from TH-cam and advertising, not the person in need.

I'm 71, and have a wrap around garden, i used to have so much energy , but now days, it takes ages to just motivate myself , what i used to do in a couple of hours , can take days now, and it's so frustrating. Not only that , you still have to clean the house, cook, wash , do diy , it's never ending , and my list of things to do , never seems to get any shorter . I can't remember the last time i sat in the garden , and just read a book, or did a crossword. I am 84 years old and my garden is lovely but only because I have two wonderful daughters and there husbands who kindly take care of everything. I don’t know what I would do without them ,it must be awful not to have family . I am very lucky .take care xx
That was some tough work for you all on this one. How on earth did the council/architects think the house holders were going to maintain the gardens and more importantly escape from a fire into a safe place, shocking planning. You have more than saved them from a difficult garden, you have given him safety and a place and time to be rescued if ever needed. You all are amazing
Usually houses without rear access are/were designed with emergency side access through other people's gardens. I used to live in a terraced house myself, and both sides of my fence had gates in them. However, over the years they can end up being removed by residents when fences are replaced/upgraded etc, because a lot of people don't realise that this is a safety feature and not just some old neighbourly social custom. I really do think there should be greater awareness of side-access in terraced properties like this, but I can also see how in today's era, the thought of a gate into next-door's garden would probably be offputting to most people.
Wow, now this was a transformation. The team of workmen did an outstanding job and certainly helped the owner to start enjoying his garden once again. Sadly, we all fall foul of letting things slide and then realise afterwards that the work needed doing is now too much. Thank you for sharing this experience. An enjoyable and entertaining video upload. Thank you for sharing this experience.

You would think the council would try and help a bit with cutting back overgrown hedgerows, and brambles are a nightmare . Having a nice garden and safe place to sit outside, is so good for mental health too .

In Germany such stonegardens get more and more prohibited since the stones seal the lawn so that no coolness from the earth can rise. In order to reduce the baking in the cities some stonegardens even have to be redone wirh grass or plants be community notification.
The first reason, why stonegardens arent welcome: biodiversity; the 2nd most stonegardeners use herbicicides to get rid of weeds between the rocks. Stonegardens are going to overgrow in time. The other issues: you don't seal anything by gravel. In the contrary, it is the underlaying soil that is most often compacted and stops the rainwater. Temperature: if stones are useful or not depends on the stonecomposition. Some stones are reflective, some store energy / warmth, some are even toxic in a way or other way around give good minerals in to the ground water. Interestingly enough. Plants can and will rise the moisture in the air. High humidity is the main reason, why humans can't sweat good enough and feeling unwell. High humidity equals higher temperatures in the night. Water stores alot of energy. But in daylight high humidity heats up our atmosphere, too. All in all: it depends, if a stonegarden is ok or not; that our politicians doesnt know what is ok and what not could be seen in the generalisation of issues. Often laws are all or nothing. But the origins and limits of those laws are combined with failing knowledge and simple minded solutions. The results is stupidity. Personally, i dont like those gravel gardens, especially if there is no diverity and variety to begin with. But if this homeowner like it, well, why not. It is his style.
Fantastic job gents! Total respect for all the work, especially the hauling and digging of post holes. Argh!!! That was a logistical nightmare. But it turned out sooo nice. A few chairs, a few pots and he will have a nice little haven. Please all stay safe.
The three Amigos strike again! Those brambles are just awful... so destructive. Glad you got rid of those wasps too. Never mind clearing all the brambles, but putting in a new fence (it never gets old to watch), then hauling all those stones (must be bloody heavy), transforming the garden for Kent.... and not stopping there, but fixing the gutters and spiffing up the paved area and painting too! You guys are bloody marvelous and I'm a BIG FAN!! Have a well-deserved rest and an awesome weekend. Looking forward to the next instalments. BRAVO, blokes! ♥ Cheering you on from Canada. 😄
Love that Sue! Appreciate all your positive energy.. means the world. Proud to help Kent, when we notice little problems like gutters etc just have to get it sorted and one less thing for the Kent to worry about.

I'm feeling overwhelmed at 78 with house maintenance and yard work. I'm grateful for your help, as it’s a huge encouragement for those who can't keep up. Blessings to you for helping others.
I love the way Kent thinks. You guys suggested something low maintenance and he has this inspiration and says he wants a zen rock garden. Very cool. He's probably never had a garden just to his tastes before.
That turned out brilliantly Ben. Kent now has a great, worry free, garden area to enjoy That was hard graft for you guys. Where we live there's only one way through to our garden. Through the garage and then the conservatory. We don't have an outside tap in the back garden so we've just installed a water butt which save me trudging through the house with a wateting can. This may be something you could consider for anyone in a similar situation as it will help them if they'd like to have a few planters outside. Well done to you, dad and Colin

Personally, i dont like those gravel gardens, especially if there is no diverity and variety to begin with. But if this homeowner like it, well, why not. It is his style.
When they were spreading the gravel I was thinking "that is going to be a hot yard". ♨🌞
❤❤❤
Fantastic job gents! Total respect for all the work, especially the hauling and digging of post holes. Argh!!! That was a logistical nightmare. But it turned out sooo nice. A few chairs, a few pots and he will have a nice little haven. Please all stay safe.
wow gents fantastic result as always . Well done x
You always get my like even before i start watching your video :)
"The Wrecking Crew" kicked butt and took names! Awesome clean up!
Can’t believe yall did this without heavy equipment!
💕🍭great job. you guys are the best.🍀🌿🍃🍀
Day 3 of this 1-day transformation 😂. Ben, you’re lovely. Don’t ever change. Thank you for today’s video. 🇨🇦
Love what you do, Mate.
There isn't enough care in the community, you're a national treasure.
Ben, you, Dad, and Colin need to enter the synchronized wheelbarrow dumping competition next Olympics! You all have done another fantastic clean up and for all your hard work we say thank you from across the pond. God Bless you all!
Not so much Zen garden as parking lot. But most definitely a great transformation. Once again, you guys excelled, Ben.
Cheers Dave, Kent’s going to turn it into a Zen garden he just mentioned this particular stone so we surprised him
Brilliant video as always, excellent work by all involved!! Hope all is well, take care of yourselves
I think my favourite thing about these is your dad and Colin’s personality coming out more and more 😂
I remember when his dad used to hide from the camera!
Wow what an awesome transformation. He has a great canvas to start with now
You 3 are AMAZING. Thank you for all you do for others. It's a privilege to be a very small part of it.
😊😊😊
You play a massive part Pauline and we appreciate it so much
You are all amazing! Love this channel!
Aw thanks Susan
That must have been just such a load off his mind. Having room to breathe again instead of feeling crowded out or boxed in. As always, a fantastic job, Ben, Dad and Colin. 👍👏👏
Exactly! When he did the before and after, I felt like I could breathe, so it must’ve been overwhelming for him.
Exactly what Kent said, now I have another room. Somewhere to read a book rather than watch the Tv, thank you as always for watching and commenting!
Brilliant and exceptional as usual mates! Bless you all!
Cheers Tim, this one felt special! Hope you are well
Ben, Paul and Colin you always seem to amaze me.
What hard and dedicated working men you are 👍💪👍
And always with something extra edit to it. Like today painting the concrete
Well done 🎉
I'm feeling overwhelmed at 78 with house maintenance and yard work. I'm grateful for your help, as it’s a huge encouragement for those who can't keep up. Blessings to you for helping others.
Ben, Dad and Colin thank you for helping out this homeowner he must be so pleased that you answered his prayers ❤❤❤❤❤
Wow, simply WOW!!!
👏👏👏💯💯👏👏👏
Stunning transformation! It looks like the neighbors could benefit from a garden transformation as well.
Hi Ben , WOW another wonderful job done from start to finish incredible to see this transformation congratulations kind sir xxxxx
@@jaytopham8514 You can buy DIY outside tap kits for approx £20, much easier and cheaper than a water butt.
Ben, Colin and Paul, you are all amazing!!! I am always amazed at what can be found forgotten under a garden full of brambles... oh look, a cooker! oh look, a chair! oh is that a shed? 🤭😂hahahaha!!!! Thank you for your hard work, thank you to the people who donate. Blessings to all.🤍🤍🤍🤍
Gosh, having to remove all that through the home must have not just been difficult, but stressful too.
Thank you all for being a blessing to this chap. May you continue to be strengthened and encouraged as you seek once again to go the extra mile. ❤🎉❤🎉❤
Another beautiful job!
Kent can now breathe again. It is a lovely space to sit out in with a few plants in pots dotted around.
He should never have to mow again! Best garden in the area! Great job, Ben, Paul, and Colin!
G'day from Melbourne Australia Ben! I eagerly look forward to 2am every Saturday morning because it means I get to spend time with you, Dad and Colin! Another amazing transformation of not only a clear backyard, but more importantly de-stressing the life of someone who was overwhelmed. You guys are the best!
So awesome, Ben and company! At first it was like you were slicing off pieces of cake or something... just a little slice at a time. Very satisfying to watch, and SUPER satisfying for the owner, I'm sure! Great job and I can't wait to see what you transform next! God bless you and dad and Colin and all the people who help!
Wonderful job, though a tough when it's that hot. Love you guys.

This is my favourite channel too. I cant wait until Fridays to see what Ben, his Dad and Colin have planned. I just love these 3 blokes who work so hard. I mustnt forget to mention the guy in the truck who takes away all the rubbish, thats priceless too. You all together, change a person's world. I love these blessings! Does the heart good to see people receiving help. It does show though, that a lot of people are struggling and in need of manpower. God bless you chaps ❤ xx
Hi, lovely people! If you are impressed with what Ben does, think about contributing monthly to his Patreon. It’s a great way to support him. I don’t know Ben or anyone involved with this channel but I want to be part of helping him change lives.
I do, I give monthly and I feel so good about it. I live in the U.S. but I love helping our friends in the UK!! Love them!!
