Spray foam insulation for the walls and roof to reduce the echo and make it cooler to work in. Plenty of lighting and power points. Work out how many you think you need and double it. Separate small noise insulated shed for the air compressor to reduce noise in the work area (doesn't interrupt filming). Hard line air supply with points around the walls and on the hoists. Dedicated battery charging area for both cordless tools and camera batteries. If you wanted to go all out you could install solar on the roof to run both the lights and air conditioning for the really hot/humid days.
Yeah I agree with Michael, you can also plaster/gyprock your walls with a layer of insulation in between will stop heat coming through. Keep the concrete floor as they release heat very well. Also run plastic sheets (instead of the metal sheets) on the eastern side to get the sun in the morning and block out the sun in the arvo

Might be an idea to have a track around the edge of your land and build in features so you can play with your 4x4s. Dig the pond out so you have some where to swim and if it's large enough you can put a canoe in the water.
Def Need to insulate the roof to help with heat otherwise when it rains it will be deafening inside. Also few whirlybirds will help with heat and airflow. Hit me up when you’re ready to do it.
