Cynthia n/a: Others are sadly missing too: mendacious, mendacity, fabrication, fabricated, prevaricate, misspeak, dissemble, slant, and trump up, among many others.
A few reasons: their concern about claims of partisanship; worry that making such a statement could endanger their access to members in the government; maybe their legal departments only allow them to use the euphemistic words as "misrepresentation" or "exaggeration" or "inaccuracy" (that's just my guess)... oh, and the fact that, with the press so obsessed with "both-sides-ism", that using those terms for one side (however appropriate) and not the other would make is seem that they are "taking a side" in their reporting.
The media simply has no unified effective strategy to interact with such a uniquely dysfunctional & psychopathic individual.

My biggest problem with the show is the captioning. Those of us in the Deaf and hard-of-hearing didn't go to Evelyn Woods and learn speed reading. The captioning is so fast I defy anyone to read them. I wrote Rashida Jones complaining about this awhile back and as usual, it fell on "deaf ears.". Sad.

Shocked to see Kaitlin used to spew out propaganda on Fox. I had begun to enjoy her reporting over the last few years on CNN. She’s lost all credibility and respect.

I used to watch CNN, and quit watching it six months ago. I am an MSN devotee, and you are one of the main reasons.
That was a devastating revelation for me. I have been puzzled lately. I gotta tell you CNN International has been legitimizing them immensely. They haven’t been reporting anything noteworthy or insightful for a while so I’ve hardly have any cause to watch much but it started with the firing of Don Lemon for me. Then I realized they are really struggling financially in the domestic market.

Despite her best efforts and weeks of preparation and role-playing, “nasty” CNN host Kaitlan Collins was dragged through the mud by President Trump. CNN had to cut the network’s town hall with President Trump by 20 minutes after Trump, backed by a wildly supportive audience (hand-picked by CNN), took control of the forum from anchor Kaitlan Collins right from the start and never let up. THE MAN'S A BEAST! MAGA

I'm an American living in Switzerland. The farce was on at 2:00 a.m. so I didn't watch it. I recorded it in case something interesting or important was said. After watching Lawrence today, I deleted the recording unwatched. Lawrence, please don't ever leave MSNBC. You are needed.

I’m not pro-Trump necessarily but I can take an objective look at how President Biden and his administration have handled the country compared to how Mr Trump did and we are far worse under Biden. I only recently began to watch and better still listen to O'Donnell when he was on one of the panels on MSNBC after the January 6th committee did its final hearing or presentation of their final report and what I am gathering from that panel and this video from his show is he speaks the language of the learned and average man and the media elite all at the same time. While MSNBC may be looked at as 'liberal media' by some of us from the outside looking in and perhaps those that are Faux viewers (fox) but really we know better. It is what it is, but O'Donnell broke down what CNN, that is undergoing some rebranding did horribly and the how and why without being confrontational by way of insulting directly. He was quite humble in pointing out that most reporters/journalists including himself would have had trouble with Drump no matter what. I watched a couple of other of these reports from the independent outlets and CNN itself over what could have been better and I got to the CNN commentary after some saying that Anderson Cooper acquiesced (I may have heard it while watching cable television news) on their platforming Drump but after watching Coopers' report specifically I have my own thoughts. His panel spoke on the elected officials that pushed back against Drump even though they go back and forth to appease Drumps' base but that when and if the Republican leaders get together and get some heart to fully stand against Drump then he will continue to be the leader. The Democrats and Biden has already began to reveal that Drump is still Drump and is a possible dangerous dictator that Biden portrayed in his re-election add.

It’s good to know what she said back in 2015, but it is more important to know where she is today. She was pretty young then (she’s still young), but she’s had the opportunity evaluate and refine her positions. I’m not convinced that she hasn’t matured a bit since then and corrected some of her mistakes.

I was not watching much on cnn anyways but now even less (hopefully the weather is still good). But the bigger problem is that the channels and media that is actually reporting the "ACTUAL" events is getting narrower and narrower in the USA!!

I turned the interview off last night after the second question and called my cable provider today, canceled my CNN channel and got MSNBC. They are the only mainstream media organization that's actually asks hard hitting questions

CNN has no one. Anderson used to deserve some respect, not so much now.
Better than CNN for sure, but not good enough. They do good when doing far right or extreme right against the hard right (corporate democrats). But not when they put hard right (corporate democrats) against progressive right (progressive caucus of the democratic party). And never any *REAL* leftism; US green party is too left and too libertarian for me (I'm "actual" centrist leaning slightly right, think Bernie), but they deserve the same treatment. Instead, in a debate, green party would get really hard questions and democrats the easy ones. Sorry, but MSNBC is ridiculously biased too - in a runaway capitalist system where they're completely owned by corporations (through ad income) they're pretty much forced to.
