I love the fact that Peyton was wise to one speak up for herself,she is hard working and she doesn't let a jerk boss ruin her career and in the end takes over the office of her old boss. All the other girls are there to support Peyton. Some jobs requires a brain 🧠 and not gender.

Hey dhar Mann I love the messages you put out keep up the good work, but I have a small request. As a female myself I would still like to see more representation for Male victims to harassment, gender roles, and biased opinion put on them. I think its unfair and should be brought to light more. These things do happen and many men don't speak up about it, because everyone never believes Male victims.

One year late, but I would say a good idea is a man who has an abusive colleague who falsely accuses him of being creepy, and he tries to report it but everyone thinks he's being ridiculous because he's a man and she's a woman, and after being falsely accused of assaulting her, he suddenly finds evidence and the colleague gets in trouble for framing him.

Another one of my favorite Dhar Mann vids, and that really resonates with its morals. Roy was a very toxic boss as shown from the biased ways that he treated his workers: he likely underpaid the women in spite of their hard work, came down on them for showing up late for the first time and for going outside the box to finish their work, and passed them over for promotions they deserved, while at the same time likely overpaying the men for doing half the work the women did, letting them slide on habitually coming in late and not having their work done on time, and giving said promotions to them even though they didn't deserve them.
And Roy's sexism and toxic attitude is ultimately what brought his firm down: his biased treatment of the women made them realize that they would likely never make more money move up in the company no matter how hard they worked, and his spoiled treatment of the men made them think that they could laze around and do whatever they wanted, and do less than 100% regarding the work, because they'd always have high salaries and job security. So when he needed his employees to give 100% in order to impress his big client, the talented, hard-working women had all quit on him, and the lackadaisical men were too spoiled and lazy to do their best work. And as a result, Roy not only lost his best client (who ended up going to the women's firm), but also likely failed to acquire new ones, which led to him falling behind on his bills, likely laying off his remaining employees, and finally losing his office space and having to close his firm altogether.
The morals being girls can do the same things boys can, if not better, and never underestimate the power of hard work, because it can be the difference between success and failure.

People that say they're sorry are people that have been caught in wrong doings. Too often too little too late. Because people think saying they're sorry will fix the problem.
