Hey 🙂 @moon_hunter you are very welcome! And thanks for continuing to watch the show. It's really great to see you coming back to watch new episodes 🥰🙏
Thanks for teaching~ It really helps me a lot~~ For auscultation practice 0:18 Wheezing (exp. High pitch) 1:34 Monophonic wheezing (tumor, foreign body) 2:13 Polyphonic wheezing (asthma, COPD, bronchiolitis) 3:45 Rhonchi (sound like snoring) 5:32 Comparison 4:32 Rhonchi (with normal breath sound)
I've started noticing the first one recently in the week. I have a hunch telling me my Astma has come back after all these years. Mine cleared up when I was around 15-16. I'm now going on 36. I have no issue actually breathing, just have this weird sound as if it's coming from my voice box when laying down exhaling. I must add I've always suffered with hay-fever and nasal blockage but never had this sound from hay-fever before.
Hey man, so the mechanism for rhonchi and coarse crepts is same? Then why is the sound produced different? Like both are due to break of fluid in larger airways
I have two friends one has COPD and the other has Asthma sometimes during winter and allergies I hear one of my friends Wheeze because of her COPD when I hear her Wheeze I say to staff I think she needs a breathing treatment. and my other friend suffers from Asthma and sometimes I hear her Wheeze and I say do you need your inhaler?
I use adobe fresco to animate and apple keynote to build the main bulk of the presentation. Adobe premiere is used for the final edit and voiceover optimization 👍
Hi @T.G.Tannhaus , Thank you for your suggestion. I understand that you would like to see features that could help you assess specific clinical conditions, such as asthma, COPD, and bronchopneumonia. While the chest x-ray app is currently focused on the technical aspects of interpreting chest X-rays, I am definitely considering your request for future updates. As a sole developer managing both TH-cam content and app development, it may take some time to implement such features. However, I appreciate your patience and continued support.🙏🙂
Thank you very much for the video, it's very informative!
