The fact she adds halal for Muslims is so wholesome 😢
I’m pretty sure her bf is Muslim so he probably suggests these places
What does it mean? 😅
Safe for Muslims to eat not containing pork or meat that is not cut in a specific way
@@abcalesha8819 oh TYSM 💖
Np

Thank you so much for adding Halal for Muslims My bf is Muslim so it helped so much ❤ love you and this wonderful channel ❤
Gurl you really do be challenging me to spend my money rn 😭😭😭
lmao same 💀
You are so awesome for noting which things are halal ❤
Holy CRAP! I remember that Hot Bread shop. It's been there since I was a little kid back in the 1980s. I loved that place! Used to drive 20ks each way once or twice a week for their bread rolls, pies, neenish tarts and vanilla slice 🤤🤤🤤
Do you remember the prices back then? Just curious to make a comparison to today's inflation prices.
@@alexalam8364 Oh, that's a test for the memory banks! Only the long bread rolls (like they use for the bahn mi - sorry if my spelling is wrong). From memory, a large plastic shopping bag - held 12 rolls, I think, ranged between $1.50 - $2.00 I couldn't say if that was late 1980s or early 1990s prices though. It was a long time ago... after we changed from paper notes to gold coins for the $1.00 for sure.
The memories are more tied to going to Cabra with my late Grandparents. We'd go to the Hot Bread shop on the way back to the car and pick up a bag of fresh, still warm rolls for lunch when we got home.
Sometimes there was a sneaky treat shared with my late Grandfather before we got to the car 🥲🥲
My mother remembers the Hot Bread shop (and the chicken shop) being there before I was born, so 45+ years.
are those flies?
Girl thanks for telling if it's halal or not 🥰🥰
THANKS SO MUCH FOR SAYING HALA REALLY APPRECIATE IT❤❤❤
Thank you for your information about the halal food 😊❤
I love how she says if its halal
Thank you for telling if the food is halal or not really appreciate it
Ok I’m sorry am I the only one who saw that giant ass spider fly looking thing when she got the sugarcane juice?😭
It's normal 😂
U can commonly see those bees around sugar cane spots everywhere
I'm really happy that u like Vietnamese food!!
Greeting from vietnam! →❤️ ←
Chúc mọi người đang đọc trả lời này một ngày hoặc đêm vui vẻ!
I really love how add halal for muslims ❤I really appreciate it🌸
Absolutely adore you! And your extra consideration around adding Halal is just amazing and wholesome. You're amazing ❤
the mix of vietnamese street food with 50 years of australian influence in cabra is legit
I freaking love your aussie accent. It sounds so fancy and luxurious 😭
nah it's fucking annoying
@@ballinitup6109bro i have an australian accent and its not annoying
@@cheetahdubsAU prove it
there are loads of beautiful bakeries that have absolutely delicious deserts up in Cabramatta! my fave is a coconut mochi-like thing :) and you can't forget the vietnamese iced coffee
The flies around the sugarcane stand were not it.
Those are bees if you see carefully
@@moonshingun4786 They look like hoverflies, they infest sugarcane.
Bees. Personal experience of Husband's bee sting allergy.
They were definitely bees.
I've recently been there. They're bees. For some reason they started showing up about 2-3 months ago, and they haven't left. I always get the juice from that shop, and bees were not going to stop me.
EDIT: This is the Sugar Cane juice shop just before the Cabramatta Pai Lau Gate. Prices recently went up and they stopped doing the combo deals, but the price is still very reasonable compared to CBD Sydney standards.
Oh god Lily! your bites are so good, i wish i had a life just like you!
That looks so good!!❤❤
Omg I love Cabramatta! Glad you enjoy being there! 😊
so today i learnt Cabra is like the Aussie version of Orange County/Cali where VNese has the highest population
That's why everyone calls it Vietnamatta 😉.
Wait, so the O.C. is like Cabra and not like the tv show The O.C.?
As a muslim i really love how you add a mention it's halal for muslims!
I grew up near Cabramatta in the 70's and 80's and spent many weekends with my mum and dad walking around the shops. I used to love the foods, the shops and the people.
I love the banana crunch so much❤
Thank you so much for telling us wich ones are halal!! We really appreciate that 🥹❤️❤️
The pork rolls are so good! My mum and dad love them. Cabramatta is one of the best places in Sydney imo
This girl is amazing. I love the way you told us that it was cheating because it was over $5

@biteswithlily can you go to kellyville Chinese in sydney? I promise that the food there is mouthwatering
Absolutely delicious I’m kinda jealous
As an Australian, going to Cabbramatta, I would recommend to try out a Vietnamese restaurant called “Loving Hut”
It has a ton of vegan options and the basil fried rice there is the die for.
I love that Banh Mi place is still open for over 30 years and the chips from Red Lea are awesome 🤩
I saw you today but I was too nervous to go up to you 😭
I love when you add the halal thing!, it helps us muslims alot
oh my god those are all literally my childhood food, i miss living near cabra 😭😭

Cabramatta never disappoints
She's actually a quwwn for putting the halal.

You seem so sweet and such a nice person. I think I will subscribe ( wow I've subscribed to two people I should slow down )

Thank you for saying whats halal and im happy for you opinion im so weird sometimes with food 5% i love food 😂
It’s soar gorod 😹
Gaurl you be slaying all day❤
The best pork roll in Cabramatta is actually down right near the train station. It’s owned by and old man in his late 80’s maybe early 90’s and he is the absolute best. Everyone who goes there waits so patiently while he makes it (as he is a little slow because of his age) because they know it’s the best! They’re called the hot bread shop! I’ve been going there since I was 5yo and always stop in to his bakery if I’m passing through.
Broooo the Red Lea chips with the “bbq” salt I think it was called is literally my childhood! Haven’t had those chips in YEARSSSSS. Everytime we visited cabra, we had to get them and the Pandang waffles from the shop that’s opposite the train station 🤤
It’s funny to see the banana fritters in different countries. They are so rooted in Brazilian cuisine that sometimes we forget they exist somewhere else 😅
I love visiting Cabramatta❤ I love the dumpling restaurant across the road from the hot bread place!!
My love ❤ Lily is truly a legit food lover! 🔥😋
Thank u for loving Vietnamese food(btw that sugarcane cart was written in vietnamese)
she's my type. her personality. her looks. I prayed for this type of woman in my life. amen
how she writes halal is so generous
Eat food that costs more than 20 dollars it's a challenge
i recognise every place here! fr the sugarcane juice is the best
Yooooo!!
I go to Redlea and Hot bread, both of them have tasty food. I go to cabramatta now and then after school!
Your food is so yummy!! You’re so thoughtful to make it halal❤❤❤
Girl its ur accent that keeps me watching ur videos
We need more of these halal stores please !! 😍❤️
the hot bread is called bun mi, its so good. 👍😁👏
🤓 aksually its ‘Bánh mì’
