For this Uncle Rift I'm going to compare what you say with my favourite strong male character, Optimus prime from transformers Prime he is strong enough to be gentle, he could destroy his enemies insult them defeat Megatron playing dirty but he has enough confidence on himself to be kind. He always searches the other way of doing the things and after all he is ready to forgive and help his enemies. A true hero for me.

Just saw this, and while I didn't watch the full thing. I wanted to drop something down, I've stepped into the workforce fully now and while it hasn't been a year its been a wild ride. My confidence dropped to rock bottom essentially - I was tired, angry with myself, and insecure of if I could continue the job and trade school at the same time. I'm lucky that I dropped with the right manager - as I dropped out of days a lot during what should've been work days and he was very leniant on this and gave me some talks which did not threaten me, he did warn me but he told me what I'd need to do. He left a few weeks ago for another shop in the city and we got a new manager who is almost similar to him, just he loves cleaning and is a Manhatten boy. I'll say this I'm very grateful for the people I'm surrounded by and while some anger me - try to persuade me with jokes of I should drop out of the trade I'm doing, through brute forcing my way through these emotions and the people I'm lucky to run across I've been able to keep myself on track despite my feelings of no purpose. You happen to be one, ER, thank you for the videos you made throughout the years.
