Thank you so much for this wonderful tutorial, and for your willingness to provide a free pattern. Lot's of sewing channels out there that lack this type of kind generosity. Thank you again, and have a blessed day!
This was really helpful. Would it be possible to add the boosters you cut off to the inside middle? Would like to give it a try. If you have tried do you have any tips?
I have a question, if you were to make these do you go up a prefold size to get to the size you need after elastic is added or does that not matter? Like if i needed medium size do i need a medium prefold or a large one? Hope this makes sense
Just what I was looking for! I got some large prefolds, and they are way too big for my girls. You did kinda lose me with the elastic bit, but I will figure it out!
I put this on with a cover so there typically isn't any leakage unless I leave it on too long. Some people also wear wool covers over these but I havent tried that.

Thanks Liz. The tutorials online are so old. It's nice to see an updated one with a fresh face.
I'm Tiffany I Teach thanjs so much for your comment I am so glad you liked my video!
I made one size fitted diapers in the 90s. Made them from flannel. Kids wore them until toilet trained
Thank you so much for the tutorial. It’s exactly what I was looking for 👍🏽
I have about 20 of these prefolds, can’t wait to get sewing now 😊
I'm so glad you liked it!! Thanks for the comment :-) Hope your diapers come out great!

Thanks for the helpfull tutorial! You would recommend this size for a how old baby?
It really depends on your baby. The pattern I used was from the largest setting of an Alva diaper
What is the pin that is used to fast the diaper? Where can I get it? Can you give me any link to buy online?
Snappi diaper fasteners, found on Amazon.
Where can I get the pattern, the link in the description says that the link cant be found. I am willing to buy if need be!
Hi! Where did you get your prefolds? Thank you!
Sherry Lyn Saac they’re from Green Mountain Diapers
I wish to see the elastic part bit closer and clearer
I can’t access the template
Wonderful vid! How well do you think it would work without putting elastic in?
I think it might be fine considering you'd be putting a cover on it which will have elastic. I'd try it with one and see how you like it.
I don’t find the link for the printable pattern
Can I do it by hand?
Would this be okay for a nighttime diaper with my heavy wetter? I've been looking for a solution and many people have suggested fitteds!
I used these for my heavy wetter with a booster and they worked great!!

Cutie Mama sorry about the elastic part not being super clear but hope the video helps!!
The pattern link does not work.
But what about leakage
I put this on with a cover so there typically isn't any leakage unless I leave it on too long. Some people also wear wool covers over these but I havent tried that.
We can't print the pattern
What size is this?
This pattern is from the largest setting of an Alva pocket diaper
