Well it shows the whole process of people becoming blood thirsty and explain it in a medical terms like you not immediately in a super zombie mood but you can see how step by step their humanity steps away and how big the brain damage bc of those pills. So it's realistic and i love it and it's close to really madness so it can take place in our world too.
