Yea... this doesn't work for me. It won't connect wireless, says i need to format sd card, and no indication of its Ver 1.0 or ver 2.0 on the camera. Found a sticker on the box that says ver 1.0... but still doesn't work
Don’t take any notice when the system says “SD CARD NOT FORMATTED! Insert the SD card, then go in settings. SD card settings then should give you option to format SD Card
Yes, they give you misinformation when the device announces that your memory is not formatted and to format it; because later on a few steps later the app does give you the opportunity to "initialize" it, then also displays a "Format" button (which can be done anytime after as well). What's disconcerting is that only at that point do they tell you NOT to format the memory with a computer or any other device. The only other beef I have is that they expect you to decide what "version" your device is between 2 choices. One choice has a picture of a barcode, and the other choice has a picture of a barcode with a QR code as well. Since I only saw the barcode on my device I chose that version; although there were QR codes on the packaging and the instruction booklet (of which there were 2 instruction booklets).

Ensure your router's Wi-Fi network encryption mode is not WPA3-Only. I did all this, but nothing happened. I don't know what's the problem is.

Even though picture shows ceiling mount it only can be mounted on wall not ceiling?
