Polished rocks from Brazos River coming out

I'm out of time to run my rock tumbler so my rocks are coming out after 4 weeks. Final polish is using 8000 grit from Rock Shack. ran with that from Sunday to Friday afternoon.
I have jasper, agate, quartz, and basalt.
this is my very first time tumbling rocks and in retrospect I think I damaged them when I took them out. chalk that up to learning..

Try going to Lowe's and buying a bag of their pea gravel . You will find all sorts of rocks in their bags of pea gravel .
