UTEP usually sells out or nearly sells out its first home game every season. The team then proceeds to lose that game every year, and most fans won't come back until the next year.
This sounds like the university of Arizona too. After week 1, when doe basketball start. Now we're asking when baseball starts. 😫 we suck at everything now!
I'm glad to finally see someone rank stadiums based on just the stadiums themselves. Every other "stadium rankings" I've ever seen are actually just ranking how good or bad programs are, and/or how good the fanbases are, and the stadiums barely factor in.
Hey! Die heart UTEP FAN and go to every single game! Basketball/football. Few things I’d like to point out even though it’s your list. 1. 1st game of the year is usally filled! And the field is different during game time!! 2. The don Haskins center is awesome! Come on back and check it out!!
As a JSU student, our stadium looks way cooler than what you saw when you went. Everything is finished, nothing is under construction, and we just got a new turf for this season as well.
I played football at Liberty back in the early '80's and we had no facilities. Now I am a season ticket holder and get to see how far they have come. You are correct about most of the stadiums you rank, I'm biased, but I think you got this ranking right.
It's cool to see JSU get some recognition. I live in Jacksonville and after years of them being a somewhat dominant force in FCS it's nice to see them do pretty good for their first FBS year
Missouri State is joining C-USA this next coming season. Should try to go check it out. And I say try because when I went to school there from 2018-2020, it was locked up like Ft. Knox.
WKU alum. Appreciate the respect for big red. Watched many many amazing football games there. Just graduated from the University of South Alabama with my masters and I’m anxiously awaiting the sun belt rankings because our new stadium is a lot of what you described for western. Great place to watch a mid-major game.
I really enjoy your videos, Gfed. I don’t agree with all of your assessments but you put a lot of thought into it and I have much respect for that. Keep up the good work.
Thank you for the generous rating of La Tech’s stadium. Hate it was raining when you came through. One thing to note: DawgZilla was recently torn down as a part of the renovations. The new scoreboard (which currently looks like it skipped leg day) is what you saw when you came through. Considerably bigger than the previous one. The next phase will have a two story academic success center at the base of the scoreboard that will serve as seating for gameday as well. That’s why I probably seemed so open and weird when you toured it. The new construction will fully enclose the stadium.
I was going to WKU when they added the new side. We got a tour of the locker rooms and all of the amenities. Pretty amazing. Like you said, it's not the biggest but it's a very welcoming stadium.
Went to the conference USA championship game last season @Liberty. Definitely a place worth catching a game. Great atmosphere and a very affordable price.
Being a former athlete for Liberty, the effort the school has done for athletic facilities is amazing. Most of their facilities (if they were larger) would be right up there with the best in the country.
Oh nice. Curious what all your rankings are. Started heavy hitting all D1 schools in the country (including non football schools) about 4 years ago. About 50% done. No matter how small the football stadium is, just walking through an open gate stepping into that campus’s gridiron is just an awesome feeling. Yes Liberty was amazing. Saw a night game there and was electric. The morning after was very beautiful there
It really isn’t man. Just a bunch of sheltered diet mormons and their rich out of touch parents who couldn’t tell you the first thing about football. Only player an LU fan can name is Harrison Butker 😂😂😂
Speaking of 'If you can get into Lynchburg, Virginia, I live in Lynchburg, Virginia! The mountain that the letters LU are on (Liberty Mountain), I've hiked it. Awesome university. You can see the field from the campus' skyscraper.
utep stadium usually only sells out for the first home game for football season and always sells out for the sun bowl game and concerts and monster jam.
I loved going to Liberty games when I was a student there. Rushing the field vs BYU and vs NMSU was a breathtaking experience. ... Also, its a real school. Im not Christian or anything, but the professors are pretty great
I had no doubts Liberty would top this list, and probably for overall sports facilities, buildings, and campus design as well if graded. Everything is new.
@@gfedgocrazyI believe CUSA was their entrance to FBS and I would not be surprised if they move to a more competitive conference or even a P4 conference in the next 5 years.
@@tineye5100 You're making a lot of claims that have no basis in reality. Also, you've got no basis for objective morality. So just saying "draconian" means nothing as far as morals go. Your morals are all subjective because you're worldview cannot give an account for things being "right" or "wrong." And even worse, your worldview cannot account for things like the laws of logic, mathematics, induction, reasoning, minds, the identity of objects over time. Your worldview necessitates that worldviews cannot be accounted for. So your entire view is just absurd.
biggest downside of JSU’s stadium is that they apparently have a cell jammer because they want people to focus on the game, but like I need to use my phone for other stuff
I think this is possibly true. I had a marching band competition there and didn't have problems with the service but iirc I did during a football game I went to a few weeks ago
I’ll dive into Wazzu Oregon State and the Independents a little more than most in the final ranking vid. Wish I could do an old PAC 12 vid. It’s collectively my favorite conference of stadiums
Been a diehard Bearkat fan for a while and…yeah I get it. There were talks of stadium upgrades wayyy before we moved up to FBS, and it still didn’t happen before the move. Middle Tennessee is changing things around right now construction should be completed by next fall. You'll have to come back!
Surprised I didn’t read any notes on that, most renos coming up were easy to find with a lil reseasrch
@gfedgocrazy it's only on one side of the stadium. They're building a student athlete performance center and it'll overlook that end of the stadium.
@@gfedgocrazy they are adding a student athlete performance center that will be ready for next season. you should definitely pop out for a game!

Excited for the rest of the series
As an el pasoan, if UTEP was a good team, the Sun bowl would be full for most of the season
You'll have to hit Delaware, they're moving up from FCS to C-USA next season.
Love LU. I live 10 minutes from campus. The entire campus is just immaculate.
GFed has been an absolute legend the last few years, he's seen the entire country!
Liberty student here, its nice to see us ranked #1 in conference usa in something this year 😢
Right! I rushed the field vs BYU and vs NMSU CC game. Fantastic game for my senior year
I LOVE UR COASTAL CAROLINA THINGY
You definitely gotta catch a Liberty Flames game. The atmosphere is fantastic.
the only issue with going to a liberty game is that you’re going to a liberty game. that school deserves no money at all, they are awful.
@cheeseistastyyyywdym?? They went 8-3 this year and were dominant last season

@Mr._Kiwi exactly
@cheeseistastyyyy they are 8-3. Sure that that lost a couple games and one is to a garbage team but they are still a solid team.
everyone sleeping on gfed
dude inspired me into what college major i wanted
TH-cam is the beast I need to conquer to wake them up
Bro if UTEP was a winning program it would consistently sell out. I've seen it during the Mike Price years.
Went to college near the 5/3 baseball stadium. Good times there, kinda cool to see that name elsewhere
Will you make stops at Missouri State and Delaware as they’re joining CUSA next season

MTSU also has a very nice club section. It is about a decade old, and is a great spot for a game.
can pls next rank the basketball courts and stadiums for college basketball.
i like your ranking system
El Paso might not sell out the Sun Bowl for UTEP games but it does for the Sun Bowl game on Dec 31st of every year on CBS.
Sam Houston’s Stadium looks like my high school football stadium😂😂😂😂
lol right? There are a bunch of high school stadiums within an hour of them that are so much nicer
I had no doubts Liberty would top this list, and probably for overall sports facilities, buildings, and campus design as well if graded. Everything is new.
They really have no business in CUSA

If they don’t make it nice-looking, people would be less inclined to deal with their draconian student policies, SA coverups, and so on.

I’m an nc state fan you should do acc teams (we’re god awful at football this year)
hey we’re better than Carolina 😅
I remember seeing LA Tech's stadium a few years ago, a week after it was hit by a tornado. The scoreboard looked rather strange at midfield 🤔
you’re from west michigan? Grand Rapids represent, Go Whitecaps.
yessir gee federal

Go tops. Bowling green is a great town to catch a game and go downtown afterwards
You gotta revisit Jax State bc they remodeled completely
Amazing.
When UTEP is winning they average 45k
Imma just say i became the 390th viewer
jax state is not doing those rennovations that you popped up anymore.
That’s why they’re not higher

Wow, I feel sorry for these lil fellas. We got real football in P4, thankfully!
Now lets get to some hockey games!!!
YES!!!!!!
GFed you should come check out some HBCU stadiums
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🦅
Are some of these on youtube? I don't remember seeing a Kennesaw State video on your channel
I started posting these on TikTok July 2023 and didn’t start posting to TH-cam until December. So of the older videos never made it over
Doing my part watching this on here instead of Twitter
My biggest question even though we would know the rankings is are you going to do a separate video on the Independents/Pac 2 stadiums?
Additionally I had beer dumped on me at WKU so I don’t know if inviting is the right word…
What about the independents? UConn, Notre Dame?
I believe Arizona still has active dorms at Arizona Stadium, but I could be wrong
BIG 12 next please
FCS tour when?
8:28 You know what else is massive
Lowww taper faddeeeee
Its upsetting that he doesn’t know that the Sunbowl does fill up for week 1
I’m going to NIU after high school, im 13 and already know which hs im going too 😂
No Pac12 vid coming??

Interesting. I don't see Marshall in your history. Or WKU. Or Middle Tennessee State. Or Bosie State, TCU, Colorado, and many more.
B1G next
Do top 25 in finale
I live 5 minutes away from Lu 😂
Reds high A Dayton Dragons field is also called fifth third
Missouri State will be in the USA conference next year.
word with kennesaw state is they are going to rename it under a different sponsor :( no longer the fraction
Should’ve included Delaware since they’re joining next year
11:51 I mean we are in the middle of the desert so it’s hard to get people out here.
0:07 Well, everyone except those bad guys who unfortunately won the ACC.
How will you rate stadiums you didn't get into?
Liberty is my local college
Add Delaware to CUSA next year. Their stadium is mid at best.
I’m looking forward to your video on the Sunbelt Conference, as most of the stadiums are dumps IMO.
The best college football stadium is not part of a conference….
Capppp title says “I” beginning of the video says “we” also haven’t been to games
As someone who graudated from SHSU, it is indeed a glorified high school stadium.
Oh la tech…
The track at Bowers was recently removed
So when are we reviewing the real schools
LOL at MTSU losing to a glorified High School Stadium. Terrible Administration there. Yes they are making renovations but about 15 years too late.
If it’s an outside stadium in a hot weather state.. what are you supposed to do ?
Dumba$$
Play in the evening.
