I use to work in the lab right on the corner of Park garage, our "overflow" was in the bowels of the stadium. The smell and heat was something else as water pipes or maybe sewer lines ran thru the area we stored large pieces of redwood trees in. My first summer working there was not fun due to the heat. Secu Arena is also home of the Baltimore Blast of the Major Indoor Soccer League. You would have never known that unless you actually go to a Blast game.

Duquesne’s bball stadium is really cool. So is the Pete (Pitt bball stadium).

10-15 minutes from Saint Francis is D3 Mount Aloysius with a gym that’s much better. They host PA state playoff games every year

The Bristol in Lights on Christmas is one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had in my life I recommend

Just graduated from the University of South Alabama with my masters and I’m anxiously awaiting the sun belt rankings because our new stadium is a lot of what you described for western. I attended Duquesne University. During the end of Spring semester students laid out to tan on the field.

I’ve been here many times for sixers and flyers games, numerous WWE events and the Big 5 classic a few times (let’s go temple!) and I’ve never gotten to see those upper levels and lots of the stadium. Genuinely an amazing place, hope the sixers don’t move to downtown, hope you enjoyed your stay in Philly!

I sat in that building hundreds of times. There is not one bad seat in the house. Even in the nosebleeds you get a good view. I remember in 2010 seeing the Flyers win the eastern conference and it was the loudest I remember that building.

When I was a student a million years ago long before the north end zone project. There was a pretty good snack Bar under the old scoreboard where the facility is now. You could buy lunch and go eat it on the old north end zone sun deck
