Puro Peru was excellent. I have eaten there more than once. I highly recommend "Bravos"! Food & service are terrific (it is more 'high End')! I have a delicate stomach but am able to eat there with no problem!
As a local, we find Kosta Taco on Brasillia to be a terrific casual dining spot. They have Creamy Shrimp Tacos with bellpeppers and onions for only 79 Pesos. On the other end of the spectrum for fine dining, we find La Cappella to be unsurpassed!
The restaurant at the Vallarta Botanical Gardens was our favorite. My husband said the beer battered fish tacos were the best he’s ever had and he is from Boston, MA and knows about a good fish taco. I had the ribeye tacos and they were incredibly delicious as well. And the raspberry mojito was one of the best mixed drinks we’ve ever had. I highly recommend it!

Great video and thx! I would highly recommend La Traviata. Fantastic Italian food with a great view of PV. The sangria was also amazing and the prices were very fair. Great spot.

Lolita's is also very good for home cooked type food. Not fancy or expensive.
