And I use coconut milk to cook,instead of water.

Looks nice.....I do mines the reverse order of yours.Cook up my ackee and saltfish with my ground seasonings after boiling.When that's through then I proceed to add my rice to it with some water and a little Maggi all purpose.

Yes Crissy, it season rice of course. As another commentator said " a little coconut milk would give it that kick", but tell you what, i do mine without the coconut milk but i add shrimp along with the rest of what you're adding. Job well done though.

No man mi not lying I'm dead serious guys.Ackee poisoned my father when I was like 16 yrs old he almost die guys.But before then my parent's never gave us ackee to eat, became they believed kids should never eat ackee.So I was raised up not to eat ackee.Love to cook it for my husband tho he loves it😂🤣
