Nobody is "irreplaceable." This speech is filled with a lot of opinions. Don't put yourself in a box people, celebrate all your passions and strengths, building upon and mastering what you choose to. There are also amazing people out there who will help you discover your value. Be open to opportunity, and never stop learning.

I think she means that if you're getting paid what you're worth you're not actually adding any real value...so you're basically doing the bare minimum to get by...

She seems to ironically be devaluing people in her speech. There are also amazing people out there who will help you see your value, even if you don't see your own value. She is speaking from a warped perspective it seems.
