I'm in my first year as a pumper, and this is very good information. I'll be watching all your videos.

Greatly explained, i have seen people explain about this theoretically but you are the first one to explain in detail practical ways. Appreciate it.

Should have shown the cement job thru formation and contiguous to casing shoe for those who are not familiar. Especially to understand fracing.

Cement is not always brought to surface though: it depends on the operator and the location of where the wells is drilled and the downhole conditions. The Surface Casing protects the fresh water, and if the Production Casing ever parts during a frac job: it is well obvious (drop in pressure and flows out to surface). I don't think many people opposed to fracking are likely taking this course :)

Agreed that the cement job does not come to surface it is just part of picture. Don't get me wrong I love your presentation. Great work. You know your stuff,;thanks for sharing and explaining. Old frac rat here, worked on many hundreds of wells in Wyoming, Utah, Montana. I saw everything from 17,000 psi on the well head to screaming vacuum after one pumped into them. Once the well lost fluid height they would turn around and come back at us . Those were the days of my youth!@@DownholeDiagnostic
