Hello everyone, it’s Maddie!
I hope you’ve all had a blessed week!
This vlog involves a lot of cooking! After getting my air fryer back after 2 months I decided to welcome in back by making a broccoli Caesar salad. I also made some tofu patties and the best dish of all, Nigerian inspired ramen which was so yummy. I also did a mini food shop and in the spirit of new year new me deep conditioned my hair as I’m trying to grow it out

You could make a creamy broccoli soup or pasta sauce with the stems. Steam them or boil them then whizz it up in a blender or food processer. :) so tasty.

Peel the stalk and slice thinly, add it to instant noodles! I do it always to get some veggies in and not use up (main meal broccoli) if you get me lol x
