It's always nice to see videos like these, to reinforce what I have learned, and remind me of some of the steps I may skip or half ass my way through. Though I'm getting a lot better, it's always helpful to watch other, more experienced cutters so I can see how they work. Of course your style is going to be different from mine, but the process should basically be similar.
