They tried that balance band crap on me at the mall once. They didn't know I'm a Nurse. We are taught points of balance to safely transfer patients. I turned the tables on them in front of a crowd and gave a demo myself. Needless to say they weren't there the next day.😂😂😂😂

No. The laws are still in place. The Feds and States just simply don't enforce them due to all the lobbyist money that gets shoved into Congress' collective pockets. In short the government corruption is overshadowing enforcement of many laws.

I was a marketing executive for several years. 90% OF MARKETING IS A LIE. It's now gotten to the point that we can't even believe what "customer service" staff tells us if we can ever actually get a human being on the phone. Apparently, corporations have decided training "customer service" isn't profitable. Because I cannot believe anything any corporation says, I never buy anything that costs more than $50 unless I absolutely have to have it, which is seldom.

21:55 AGREE. My high school friend suffered 2nd to 3rd degree burns on her face-- She was drunk and smoked a cigarette while sitting in-between a bunch of HELIUM-inflated balloons in the back seat of her friend's car. After three months of AGONIZING trips to the dermatologist and skin burns specialist, her face did in fact "smoothed out" -- and I mean her cheeks looked so pinkish and even-toned, her forehead was restored and her chin looked "fuller"..... AND YET HER FRECKLES REMAINED IN-PLACE ON HER CHEEKS. She herself was humoring us that she was "upset" that not even those burns got her rid of those freckles.

Ofc, they laughed and revealed the hoax they had pulled. Everyone had a great laugh and that was that. For example, they did a treatment on my hair that made it SUPER soft and shiny, but only for about a week. Worked great for the photos. But if anyone saw my pictures, would they assume the only products used were that brand? I think so. And refused any more work from the agency that booked me.

There was an ad two years ago for a Christmas tree that comes quite flat and you push’s remote and the tree rises up to 6’ tall and the branches spread evenly around the tree. It came with lights and a little train that went around the tree. I was so impressed I bought one for my daughter for Christmas as their tree was done and told her she could open it before Christmas so they could display it. What I got was a small bag that just had af few branches in it… enough to make a very bare 5 inch tree. There was a small pkg. of LED lights ( 10 lights on it) and a few time decorations you can get in the dollar store. It’s a good thing we have a sense of humour and just burst out laughing at what I got but I paid $99.00 for something that immediately went in the garbage. I wrote them but of course never heard a word back.
I have ordered bras for the mature woman it 1 get two free and only 1 bra came and I swear it was so tiny it didn’t even fit my ten year old granddaughter. It ended up being another lesson learned and more money down the drain.

Yeah, a lot of these shitty products (and things like them) are specifically targeted to prey on desperate people who feel like they've tried everything else. I'm not disabled, but I do have Parosmia, a condition which completely distorts your senses of taste and smell. While I've come to terms with the fact that there's a decent chance it's permanent, there was certainly a point where I wouldve bought every single "miracle cure" I could find if I had been able to. It doesn't take very long of someone having to deal with chronic pain or other life altering conditions before even the most regular person becomes desperate. Companies know this and disgustingly seek to exploit it

I played homescapes before and they only add the latter mini-games when they were being called out. Back then it doesn't have that. You only have to update the house design and play like candy crush. That's it. They added the mini-games later on maybe because people kept bugging them for it lol.
