I buy the Pro version using a dividing code because of the cyber Monday but I can’t get out of the waveform free, I reinstall and try everything but I can’t use the pro version. Idk why
I updated to version 12.5 and now I have several problems with the DAW. I can't export my sessions, it won't let me click many menu options and I can't select the destination folders in general either. It also won't let me create new project files. please help 🥲

@@samokojin Yeah same here. I updated to 12.5.4 then reinstalled the Stem Separation Content, but still getting that error. That said, I did read on a forum today that they may already be aware of this and working on another patch. I'm optimistic.

Please try the following: - Either update to or install Waveform 12.5.5 via the Download Manager - Either update to or install the the Stem Separation Content v1.0.1 via the Download Manager If Waveform is currently open please close it and relaunch. The Stem Separation feature should now be working. If you're still facing problems please get in touch via tracktion.zendesk.com
I really like waveform. I'm just waiting for some of the graphics issues on Linux rigs with NVIDIA GPU's to get fixed so I can actually start using it again! I hope this update is the one!

I keep current with updates for Waveform and I like the many features and workflow very much. The crew at Tracktion is doing a great job with programming and have come a long way in its development as demonstrated with this update. Having said that, the mixer is a must if one wants to create music and should be one of the major strengths of a DAW in terms of facilitating workflow. The current mixer in waveform is not up to par with the rest of the program IMO. Too basic and cumbersome to use. I wish it were more refined and updated functionally. Because of that I do not use Waveform as my main DAW. Hopefully in the future the mixer gets a major overhaul. (My experience may be unique, and your opinion may vary from mine.)
version 12 and you cannot still fix the bug that when you split a track with modified pitch and speed, it creates a new section without sense repeating previous parts of the track. Good job guys!!!!!!!!! 👏👏👏 definitely uninstalling
Hello, im using waveform 12 pro on linux mint and since i installed an Update to version 12.5.4 wf12 is crashing after im trying to play any sample with doubleclick in the browser.. cant fix that.. Edit: Wow you fixed it so fast niiice 🤍

I've had nothing but bad experiences with Waveform 11 and 12 so now I've switched to Reaper and it's great.
where is Waveform 12 Pattern Generator? last version do not know how to use it.
It's still in the Properties Panel at the bottom of the UI. Just make sure you have a clip selected and click on the Pattern Generator tab.

Well just tried it today, and 3 times Audio Engine Crashed, so i had to restart always. dont want to try more :(

tracktion was one of the first DAWs to have virtual plugin racks with visual routing almost 20 yrs ago

Stem separation gets the following error for many customers: "The stem split process started but failed. Exit code 1"

We're rapidly working on that and it appears to only impact certain Windows machines. We should be posting a fix very soon. Apologies for the trouble.
