If can keep water away they will last a very long time! I like the natural build! Have you contacted Bluetti about being a sponsor! That would really help you being off grid!
Thank you! They have contacted me but I don’t want any sponsors. I think it’s kind of ruining TH-cam. I like doing TH-cam because I like doing TH-cam, but I want to do it on my own terms, when I want, and say what I want to say, and share what I want to share. With no filters. Once you start accepting money from sponsors you are no longer free, and that’s no way to live.
@@KYLESCABIN reading some of these comments is quite enlightening and I love your honesty about not wanting others being involved with your life. I totally agree Kyle your life style will change & you will no longer have your anonymity to do it alone. So I applaud you for being Independent from others & as always travel well & stay safe.
@@donnap587 Absolutely, if the product helps the content creator I’ll watch the sales pitch! Its a win for both! I admire Kyle for doing just what he does! Let’s face it, we carry to much stuff! He needs a good natural build shop! If I was him I’d checkout Mr chickadee and kris harbor for ways to build with natural materials or as many natural materials to keep costs to minimum! He’s young and health with a woodsman’s heart!
Very nice. I just love watching you build things. I'm older, 65 and I think of my Da when I watch you. My job as a child was to hand him the level so he didn't didn't have to get down off the ladder. Great memories. Wishing you, Ciera and your homestead all the best. 👍
Living the Dream Young Kyle and it is so cool to watch & follow you & your Partners Adventures in life. A cat, gorgeous and Skeeter that bouncy 4 legged good mate 4ever. Your Lifestyle is growing in stature and keeping you busy - woodshed looking good, looking forward to the chicken coop. Cheers.
That Sir, is a work of art. Kudos to you for taking advantage of the natural properties of the wood you find around you rather than going and buying processed lumber.
That is as NICE of a 🪵 shed as ANYONE would ever need!!! I've watched almost ALL of your videos & I believe you could do just about ANYTHING!!!! Thanks again for sharing
Wow looks amazing. Great job. I remember when I had your energy when I was younger. I love the look of the logs and I’m pretty sure the ends of your posts will last a long time before you need to worry about them. Thanks for sharing Kyle. Oh love Skeeter lol.
Well done. Good structure. Fun to watch. Thx for sharing. Your experience is beyond your years. Makes me jealous. I live through your vids. Keep on having fun and living the life. Watching from Ontario Canada 🎉
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.... for taking us along on this incredible, amazing, wonderful journey of yours. I am always looking forward to your videos. Take Care.
Excellent job with the wood shed! Now comes the task of filling it, but from watching you for the last couple years, you live to chop wood...lol 😂😅 Hoping Sierra is well, love what you're doing ❤️
Appreciate you too Kyle, you are a hard working young man, and a mathematical genius on figuring just how much the shade would hold. Can’t wait to see it completed.
So good to see you back building things again Kyle. You have a ‘no nonsense’ style, and I really appreciate that. I’m looking forward to seeing your next series of episodes now that the snow has gone. Cheers from Australia 👏🏻🇦🇺🦘
Dang Kyle, you are one remarkable young man, you always make it look so easy to do...and your are not even breaking a sweat hehehehehe..Very nice and love keeping an eye on what your doing and how your off grid living is the life...
All the effort you put into your homestead really shows. Woodshed looks great and being able to add on to it will come in handy. It's what works best for me..very well said! Thanks for another great video.
More quality content from Kyle, Sierra, Skeeter and the Mouser. That wood shed works for me. I guess the membrane will be shown next time. Another trick to keep me watching....
For these small job, an electric saw would be wise. Ever since I saw how effective the electric saw works, I’ve become a believer in them getting stuff done with a lot less noise & save a bunch on gas… You should try it out.😊
Poplar is a great building material. Back in the day the wooden bodied trucks were made from poplar lumber. Light weight and strong enough. A lot of the old post n beam barns were done in poplar as well. Great looking woodshed Kyle. Many years of use in that building.
Nice job Kyle you just gave me a way to store my snowmobiles and my firewood, I may do sheet metal for the roof due to a lot of trees around me. This construction is a lot cheaper than a pole barn. Thanks👍
Kyle, we appreciate you too and think you are an awesome young man. We wish you the best of everything and a plethora of God's blessings, on you and Cierra, that good dawg, and that very schweet kitty. That is a good cat to stick around outside with you and Skeeter, chasing chipmunks. She is quite a nice asset to the homestead. looking forward to the new chicken house and the new chickens.
Awesome project Kyle! Nice job. That will hold a ton of wood. 👍 Love the cat and dog at the wood pile. Better than a tread mill. They will sleep good👍👍 Maybe some “X” cross bracing across back and in middle front to back will stiffen it up!
That you do quality work will allow you to reap the benefits for years to come. You did good troop. Continue marching and remember if something's worth doing then do it right because the maximum range of an excuse is zero meters ... AIRBORNE LEADS THE WAY !!!
Its amazing how you build things and what you visualize the end structure will be like . Its a lot of physical work but its what you do. It will come very useful in the winter. I enjoyed this video and looking forward to the next video. Take care and be safe.(Judy NB)🌲🇨🇦

Being a Virginia boy I am always amazed how you guys can just dig a hole in the upper Midwest. We have nothing but back breaking clay!
Looks great. Fairly simple and all your lumber was already growing there. Nice job!
Woodshed looks good, and yes you can add to it as and when you like xxx

Great job on the wood shed! What a beauty.
That filled wood shed is a site to behold!

Looks great and l think the rubber mat for a roof is a great idea. I used 8x8s l got in the bone yard ( for free) and used an alternative roof.
Job well done, as usual kyle.
Awesome project Kyle! Nice job. That will hold a ton of wood. 👍 Love the cat and dog at the wood pile. Better than a tread mill. They will sleep good👍👍 Maybe some “X” cross bracing across back and in middle front to back will stiffen it up!

Nice job Kyle. That is a cost effective wood shed. Charring the bottom of the posts should extend the life of the shed. Nice job. Love your videos.
It looks great. ♥
