to everyone trying to learn: 1) start skipping rope at least 5 days a week for 10-20 minutes, start doing it to juke/footwork/anything 150-160 bpm once you get the hang of skipping rope basics (but, please remember to bend your knees and stay on balls of your feet). 2) use the controller to slow this video down to keep up with the moves, practice them to slower house music (especially classic ghetto house like DJ Funk, DJ Deeon, Dance Mania Recs). it takes time, give it at least 6 months of consistent practice to really start feeling the progress, but it's definitely doable.

I think it depends on the dancer judging from what I've seen on TH-cam. But as person who's been learning to footwork for almost a year I mostly stick to the "Shirt grabbing" you see some dancers do and jacking(I used to house dance) for upper body movement.
