Signing up for an account is near impossible! I tried signing up through Facebook, I got a message stating I do not have a Facebook... uhm okay. So I tried signing up with my email address and a password. When I press on the 'Get Verification Code' and follow the steps I get 'Already a Member' now how can I be a member if I can't even sign up and create an account? Am I missing something or are you guys not allowing new accounts to be made?! I can not create an account so what is the purpose of this device if you have to have an account for the device to work. I have a device I can not even use because your app programing is garbage.
Mike, have you used Zhiiyun product before, and have registered into a ZY play App? ZY play and ZY Cami share the same account. you can just sign in, if your email has been registered to ZY play App

En....DJI OMSO would need to do the same, I guess Zhiyun would like to bulit their community as DJI did, but their newest version Smooth q3 have cancel this requirement
This is fucking annoying. I cannot register an account because it sends a confirmation code and only gives you 60 seconds to type it in. It sends it via email and gmail takes LONGER than 60 seconds to deliver the mail. I've tried this like 10 times and I can't use this stupid device at all until I register an account.
Don't get this. The app tracks you. You cannot use this device without the app tracking your location. I would not have purchased this if I knew that it was compulsory for this Chinese company to constantly track my whereabouts when using it.

It is a 2 axis gimbal, other gimbals like Smooth 4 or Smooth Q2 are 3 axis gimbal.
