Thank you so much for answering the question in regard to resistance levels. I couldn't figure it out myself so I very much appreciate your explaining how to operate this equipment. So much better to watch your video than to try to figure out the manual.

Sounds like you could. Select the lowest resistance, pedal for 10 seconds, select the highest resistance, pedal for 10 seconds. If you don’t feel any change then yes there is an issue. Schwinn tech support might be able to help 800-605-3369.

BPM not working all the time
The resistance doesn’t feel different on any settings … why ?

Yes sounds like something is wrong with the resistance. It should change gradually. Try Schwinn customer support they may be able to help.
