Risk calculated after due diligence : minimum as compared with shares/ stocks / mutual funds. 4. With Population growth plus with current consumerism and materialism : again investing in commercial property: better option than other investment avenues 5. Investment in real estate works faster and safer to achieve ur goal of financial freedom/ independence 6. You don’t have to be like Warren Buffet the stocks guru : investment in real is simpler than that ..!!
