Also, when you glue in the motor mount with glue only on the front ring and the back ring without glue, you glue on your fins. By glueing the fins on with the aft ring loosely in place, this will secure the motor mount tube concentrically. THEN you pull out the aft ring to do your fin/motor mount fillets. @@zyp4698 I bought the tubes and nose cone from Estes and the motor mount and fins from Bad Boy Rocketry on eBay. I believe this was a clone of the Estes Maxi Force, long out of production. I have the kit purchased I’m quite sure in the 90’s, but opted not to build it as it may have some value. So I cloned it.
