Can you please help me understand ,,,the Bible states keep the sabbath holy and the 7 day is Saturday. Why then if Lutherans follow the word are you still worshiping on Sunday and also how do you keep the sabbath after church, i was reading some of the ways the old tes. Kept it and no cooking,sewing,gathering,etc... is all that still ment to be after Jesus, i am confused how to keep all the truths. Please respond!!

sunday because it celebrate day of the week that Christ rose from the dead after dying for our sins. saturday is for rest from work.
