With the ability to boost xp gain, Im sure he has it cranked to max to get craftables as soon as possible. Not hard to get high level but not have the resources to craft anything you have unlocked.

I think the main hangup is that they don't all have a PC that can run the game at decent settings which would make the footage inconsistent. I believe most of the guys are running on 20 or 30 series GPUs which don't have enough VRAM.@harry_burnsworth

So what is the difference between Evolved and this game? Is it just improved graphics? I put years into Ark Survival Evolved and this doesn't look very different to me.
I kind of wish Neebs would just keep this solo on the Dumpster while they all did a separate Ark series on their main channel. I'm really enjoying the solo aspect of this series.

I bought ASE went it first released and played it once. Neebs and the gang, we miss ya Thick, got me actually excited to play Ark a few years back. Now I am a life long fan with 7567 hours into evolved, and just cracked 400 hours in ascended. I eagerly await a full blown Ascended series from you guys once more maps release and they fix frame gen, dlss, and foliage interactions causing constant predictable crashes. Nothing like dropping a thousand bucks for a gpu to play one game, and turns out even if I splurged for the 4090, I still couldn’t play Ascended to my standard. And I’m only trying to run it at 1440 on one of my 3 Odysseys. It’s impossible for me to run all three in surround. Ark at epic 7680x1440 is not possible on current hardware.😢

You could name your Bird Charles, after the late great Charles Bronson, he was a war hero, awarded the purple heart for taking a bullet in his shoulder, he was running the tail gun while in the US army Air Force in WW2 and the rear of the plane was shot up, but he still maintained his post, he was also an award winning actor, some of my favorite Westerns and others, please take this into consideration for the birds name, thank you
I like to get a wolf as early as possible, since they have the ability to sniff out dossiers to give you a good EXP boost for you and all nearby animals. It's a good way to lvl you and your tames quickly. Just ride your wolf with a pack following and go hunting for dossiers.

Neebs, yes cryopods exist in ascended. You can only use them near a cryofridge though which is annoying. Both unlock at level 50
That can be changed in the server settings. He'd also have to unlock the engrams.
You can also change it in the INI so you can use them everywhere
