I try to stick to 1300-1400 calories per day, but i tend to "overcount" like saying "it says 57 calories but I'll just say it is 80 to be sure" so at the end of they day I eat waaaaaaaaay less than you but i have higher calories intake in the app I use to count my calories. Idk i just can't trust the packaging or the serving sizes.

Hey love! www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ use that calculator and I would not recommend using the calorie intake recommended by my fitness pal or any of those apps. I wouldn’t recommend to eat less than 1200 cal then you are right now especially with the amount that you work out but use the calculator and try out that number they give you! 💗
