The one on the thumbnail is "twinkle twinkle little star" or the ABCs which they both ahve the same melody
thank you for this. But how can I create tabs from chords when I have just a chord sheet. Single notes are one thing but tabs I find more difficult. Could you explain how to do it? I would be very grateful.

I made my own in a graphics program. I think there are some pdfs out there.
Wished the bottom line should be the A string as the A string is at the bottom when you hold the ukulele. But that's just me.
How do you go from guitar music to ukulele music, is that possible? In traditional guitar music is a A note the same as aa note on the Ukulele. I think yes and A is a A. So how do you transpose guitar 6 string music to ukulele tab 4 string.

It’s the same, but the actual note pitches will be different.

Yes, TAB goes all the way up the neck. Most of us don’t play much beyond the 4th or 5th frets for basic melodies.

I'm not sure what you're referring to, but there are FRETS, which are the metal bars on the neck. TAB is short for "tablature," which is a notation system that refers to strings and finger placement. People so use the term "TABS," but I can't tell you why.
